The location was ideal as we had the conference at the Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains which was only a short walk. Elle was really helpful, friendly and even helped me out with a iPhone charger.

Huge resort with lots of facilities including great restaurants, a day spa, swimming pool, arcade games etc. - great for both couples and families. Very convenient location in Leura with easy access to good bushwalking tracks from the property.

Beautiful resort that made for the perfect getaway. Everything was lovely - the swimming pool, spa, bedroom, parking facilities, outside area. The staff were lovely for the most part and room service was fantastic. The ladies that work at the spa are lovely.

It is close to Leaura Mall and Katoomba, Echo point. Resort is huge and especially amazing for people with children. A kidszone with 2 play gyms, arcades room, mirror maze, fairmont express (train ride) and merry go round. The pools were amazing, the sauna and hot tub especially! Restaurants, bar and coffee available onsite. In house cinema, ice skating rink, 2 pool tables a library! It's got everything for a relaxing weekend away even with the kids!

lovely shared spaces, lots of activities for kids, nice family resort. the staff gave us complimentary wine and cheese and crackers for my husband’s birthday. staff were friendly and go out of their way to help
