The room was really nice. We really enjoyed it. We were a family of 5 and the room was perfect for us. We were able to check in early which was really helpful. The resort was nice as well. The host was really fast at replying to any of our messages as well.

I was initially sceptical because the price was so cheap, but upon arriving at the resort, I quickly realized it had everything I needed. The self-contained little unit was nestled among the eucalyptus trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. To my delight, there was even a magnesium pool available for guests to enjoy.I also had the incredible opportunity to spot a koala right near the reception. I highly recommend Dandaloo.

Amazing place. Extremely beautiful and comfortable. You feel the luxury all around. The house is so nice. There’s a person just living right next door helping you with everything. You can use bikes, scooters, kayaks… perfect place for a group or a family

Everything! We absolutely loved our stay at the Island Leisure Resort. It’s close to the ferry terminal with a Foodworks around the corner and there’s a bus stop on the same road. We were blown away with how exceptionally helpful and friendly the staff were! All we can say is a massive thank you for making our stay on Magnetic Island so comfortable and memorable.

Amazing location on the beach, felt like a resort, nice pool area with sun loungers, had lots of events organised in the evenings which were good vibes!

We absolutely loved our stay at Island Leisure Resort, a lovely welcome with very helpful and informative staff, and a great activity they organised for the kids. The resort has a relaxing and peaceful vibe and is in a good location to everything.

- Layout of the retreat. With the building's architecture and spread it felt like stepping back in time and had a nostalgic feel to it (but not in a dated way). - Value for money. This resort may not be the epitome of luxury but the rooms have everything you need (kitchenette was a bonus) and ours was clean on arrival. - Staff were friendly and very helpful. - Resort located only 1km away from ferry terminal, and a bus stop is located right outside. - Bird feeding.
