Furnitures are cheap and broken, not all but still. In our room there was no tv. And I booked better room from photos than I had in real life.

Perfect location for my purpose. It was quiet and quite a big apartment for 1 person. Everything works and I would go there again.

The bed was horrible, mattress was old and didn’t give nice sleep. No TV ( it wasn’t mentioned in advertisement), kitchenware was modest but sufficient.

Very clean, easy to reach. Tram stops nearby. The staff was polite and genuinely interested in customers hopes.

Apartment was nice, but it clearly needs removing old things and adding new. In example, the shower door is missing, and you have to make a mess every time you shower.

Clean and comfortable, has all the basic things. The towel size was nice. Public transport is very close, the building was easy to find. I reccomend this more for one night stay, maximum of 2, not more.

Electricity went down 2 times during using heater plates when other devices were connected. Fortunately electricity box is in the apartment.

Kitchen with frying pan and microvawe, soft bed, clean toilet. Hotel close to supermarkets and public transport. Hotel can be accessed after 21. Helpful and nice receptionists.

In the location there were not supermarkets and it was quite difficult to buy groceries especially when shops are closed on Sundays in Vienna (most of them).

Receptionist was really kind and helpful. Room was clean and we had everything we needed for the weekend.

Cupboard doors loose. Roadworks noise at 6am. No lounge seating. Had to keep windows open in hot weather due to smell of drains.

It didn't have: shower towels, view, TV. The kitchen was totally empty ( no salt, no sugar, no water)

The bed sheets were not clean. There was bad smell from the bed aside. In the bathroom, usually there was bad smell as well and it was not good at all

The reception was full of cigarette smoke and it was the worst thing we've experienced during our stay. Carpets in the hall are worn out and some facilities are shabby (for example shower).

The staff at the reception was nice and we felt welcomed. The apartment was quite cozy with super-comfy bed and very powerful heating which we appreciated mainly because of cold and rainy weather. The place can be reached by public transport easily + there are groceries nerby.

The apartment number 9 had some issues with hot water that didn’t worked first night. Also the view from a room is at dumpsters where the garbage is trown and the other one on street. The problem is that dosen’t exists curtains and everyone can see in the apartment.

The property is very well located near stores and public transport stations.

the shower was a bit weird with big unclosable opening so water sprayed out. check in time was until 21 and they are strict about that. location is a bit far from the city centre but there is tram close by so you can get to the centre quite fast

No welcome tea or coffee in the room, dishes and plates and wash up liquid supplied, but no towels to dry them! No socket on the bench to plug in the kettle! Also some maintenance needed on thing like the shower heads, small one loose, and overhead is broken, toilet seat also broken and the vanity draw under the sink also needs repair! Quite minor things but annoying when they should work.

Good size apartment, very large comfortable bed, sofa and small eating/writing table and chairs, good location and feels secure. Friendly helpful manager on arrival.
