Brilliant location adjacent to beach and near creek. On 12th floor amazing view of the ocean. Small pool lovely and warm and never busy. Grounds and facilities kept pristine. Reception very helpful and accommodating. Our appartment very well decorated and equiped. A word of warning not all apartments are the same standard.

The microwave was from the 1970s so no idea how to use it which was unexpected and I had planned some kids meals that could be done quickly int he microwave, but we worked around it.

View was fantastic, the apartment was clean and roomy. It was an added bonus to have direct beach access and a cafe 100m away that makes fantastic coffee and food - we will be back!

Apartment generally adequate but microwave didn't work, which was changed to an ancient model. Initially a lack of cat hangers so bought some. Crockery a bit of jumble of different brands. Welcome pack consisted of some cleaning stuff and about 150ml of milk.apartment superficially clean but dust and socks left under bed.

Location was great with sea view and on the beach and near Creek. Pool small but well heated. Outside facilities well maintained. Shared areas immaculate.

The room was a bit outdated in decor, carpet and bathrooms especially and some tough mould spots in grout :( Very basic provisions for coffee/tea(a few instant sachets, limited sugar & tea) a little soap and shampoo, no conditioner, body wash etc. I guess it’s fine for those visiting from nearby by car and can bring lots with you but coming from interstate, you’d want to make sure you’re sorted with your own supplies! For the price we paid for 5 nights though, this stuff was forgivable as it was a very affordable stay for the location and facilities

Fabulous spot by the beach and right near Currumbin Creek and Alley! Our room had a beautiful ocean view along the coast down to Surfers Paradise! Close to shops and some restaurants, only a 5 minute walk away and a great cafe just around the corner on Currumbin Creek (Dune Cafe) Pool and Spa and Sauna were great and it wasn’t overly busy Comfortable beds, nice kitchen Staff friendly and helpful

No biggee, but just a safety issue. The tap in the shower (bathroom) was back to front. Potential for burning self with hot water if not aware. Did leave a note in the room when we left!

Great location. Large apartment for 4 people, plenty of room to move around. Big bathrooms. Balcony was large enough to sit 4 people comfortably, good chairs. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Lots of detergent etc. Close exit to the beach. Pool and spa were good.

Reception closed shortly before our arrival & our allocated car park was occupied. Dialled after hours reception who weren’t very helpful. Gratefully a resident came to our rescue & sorted it out.

Location, close to shops, restaurants & supermarket & right on the beach. View from apartment. Reception & public areas modern & clean. Our kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed( good owner) Permanent residences we met very friendly.

Double bed instead of queen/king, not our comfort level of mattress, we bought our own pillows and it is good that we did. The pool area was nice, however the temperature of the water meant that we couldn't 'cool off' from the heat/humidity of the days.

Loved the location and the view from our room overlooking the beach and the pool. Walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. All cooking/cleaning/general living stuff was there, tea coffee was nice to make in the room. Undercover parking and BBQ area were great as well.

Unfortunately, the apartment had no air conditioning which was uncomfortable during the hot days and nights. Also,the pedestal fans did not make it any more comfortable.

Had the beach view that beautiful to see and to hear the surf all day and night. Great privacy and a mid week housekeeping was good to have.

Room a lil bit tried and dated.. mouldy dining chairs and lounge needs the Cushions lifted and cleaned underneath.

AC in living room, bedroom fans noisy and not very effective so sleeping wasn’t pleasant. The apartment felt grubby and very dated and needed a deep clean. We had issues with the electrics but luckily the staff organised an electrician on the same day.

Each floor needs a recycling bin, the box on the floor was too small.

We were happy with everything.

Even though we were on the first floor the view from our unit was stunning. Admittedly we had the best weather while we were there but the location being so handy to the beach, cafes, parks for the children, walking trails winding through the bush and then alongside the water, everything about Princess Palm has made us decide that we'll be coming back again and again. Can't wait for our next break there.
