A bit of late night noise where bars further down the street emptied but to be expected. Also, the early traffic on the cobbled street woke us up, but again, to be expected. But nothing against the actual property itself!

Location is perfect, a stone’s throw from the main square. A lovely street, with a little life but not too much so that you didn’t feel like you were right in the middle of the city. Very well kept, modern and modest rooms but everything you needed. The breakfast room is beautiful and gave us everything we could need.

Wonderful hotel, great location close by to central square. Mrs. Veronique was more than polite and helpful giving us all the information about the city. Homemade breakfast with fresh orange juice and her smile was a big plus. Her sense of humour was always to the point 😊 Definitely recommended for families. Thank you Veronique ❤️

Location was excellent. Great amenities. Very nice breakfast. The owner did it all - she made and served breakfast, handled check in, gave great tips & advice, etc. She was so busy, but always so pleasant. The room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location: almost directly across the street from the free city shuttle bus. The room was clean and comfortable. Kettle, coffee and tea were provided. The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of quality offerings. The proprietor Veronique was absolutely charming and engaging. She was very knowledgeable about the city and about things to do. Upon returning to Bruges, we would stay nowhere else!

Nothing at all, it was all fantastic!

This is a little gem of a hotel and we had three fabulous nights here. The location is perfectly placed - a short walk to the main square and all the sights within easy reach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome by Veronique- lots of advice on what to see and where to go in Bruges, and freshly squeezed orange juice to go alongside a very lovely breakfast buffet each morning. Our bedroom was bright, plenty of space and fab bathroom with all the necessities taken care of. Parking was easy, just around the corner from the hotel. Highly recommend this as a base for a city break in Bruges and we will be back!!

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Some people may find the steep stairs to be problematic but there is also a lift/elevator. Th staff/owner was really helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. We had a great stay!

The owner was wonderful, incredibly friendly, and beyond helpful. Location to old town was perfect. Everything was very clean, the bedroom was small but quaint. The bathroom had a lovely shower, good water pressure, and great water temperature. Tea and coffee was available in room.
