Nothing it was prefect

Absolutely super host who was attentive and helpful. Home was beautiful clean and had all the needed appliances. the place wa huge and had an excellent outdoor eating area.

It did not have shampoo... First time I travelled/forgot my own, and the first time I actually needed it... lol

The house is not located downtown, but a couple of min by car from it. So actually it is pretty good! cause it was closer to Point Peele. Ultimately, everything was super close because it was a little town. We were so happy to have the whole place for us with a good AC cause was a very hot couple of days! The place also counts with a gas outdoor grill, and a well-equipped kitchen and cookware. Also, there was cable TV, wifi and the bathroom had a body soap bar, hair dryer, liquid hand soap, towels, and even toothpaste. I think the check-in time starts at 3 pm, but upon confirmation with the Host, he had no problem welcoming us earlier at noon 12pm, so once we arrived, he welcomed us, gave us a pair of keys, showed us around and we could use the bathroom and leave our stuff and luggage in the living room area while he finished cleaning. Richard, is a super attentive and kind host! We were really happy and definitely will come back!

Great location, it is very convenient to get to Point Peelee and surrounding places of interest. It is very clean and comfortable. Well equip kitchen. We highly recommend this cottage and will return again. Our host, Richard is very nice. Thank you!!

I can't say anything negative about this place.

This house was perfect for the needs of 2 couples travelling together. We had the use of the whole house minus a small apartment downstairs where Richard lives. Richard was there when we needed him and not there when we didn't. Perfect.

The property is well located with easy access to both Point Pelee and Hillman Marsh. It’s in Leamington so there are grocery stores, etc. within a few minutes drive. The main floor of the house is well equipped and very clean. Richard is an excellent host and provides everything he can to make the stay perfect. I also really liked the screened in back patio, it was a great place to sit.

It would have been more amazing if the lake was behind the house but walking to the marina to see the water and sunset was fine

The location was close to the Pelee National park. The nautical theme at the house was refreshing and pleasant. The house was clean and comfy. A remarkable home and well worth the stayRichard had eine chillingin the fridge which was an unexpectedbut very nice touch. Overall would recommend this cottage to familyand friends.

CLEAN ROOMS, Everything in kitchen is ready to use. Nice host, and very helpful. Air condition was working well during the hot day, it's wonderful to have this kind of nice place to stay. Like to stay again next trip.

Through no control of his own, there were billions of shad flies. Just the time of the year. Richard numerous times through our stay blew off the porch and windows so they wouldn’t bother us. Way above and beyond his responsibilities! He is a very attentive host. We would whole heartedly recommend this home away from home!

Better than breakfast, Richard left us a bottle of Pelee island local wine! How thoughtful!

Overall everything was easy, comfortable and well thought of. Could consider having shampoo and conditioner as an option in bathroom. One ceiling fan in room with double bed had a ticking noise. Could consider building a fire pit in beautiful backyard 😃

Richard was very accommodating and flexible as we were running late with our 2 young kids. There was no issue accessing the home in a safe and easy manner. Thank you so much for the point pelee family pass, we used it twice. I loved the large spacious yard, the sunken dining room and sunroom were quite unique. I loved that we had access to cable, added treat for our kids. Furniture was cozy and apt was very clean. Spacious, easy parking.

Area of home was a great place, house was clean and had a cool theme in place and owner was awesome! Beds were large and lots of space in living room. Loads of amenities included. Kitchen fully equipped.

Everything was immaculately clean and well laid out. The kitchen fully stocked. Even napkins, and paper towel. Lots of space. Such a quiet and pretty setting. The only drawback was that my husband and l are used to a soft pillow top bed. As our bed here was quite firm it took a little getting used to. However we loved our stay here and would definitely book here again.

The location is great! Right across the road from Lake Erie in a very quiet location.

Cute water-themed house in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Nice gardens. Clean, comfortable with all the kitchen amenities. Good location for Point Pelee. Richard was accommodating and pleasant and was available from his basement apartment.
