We arrived after working hours but before booking we called them to check if they are open Then we send booking request and was confirmed We paid on arrival I Also want to upgrade the room with the bunk beds and children playground for my children the big room we had was very cozy though we had a queen bed and bunkbeds for kids Next time might upgraded to VVIP suite for another time also Thank you Empress so much for your hospitality and your gorgeous 😊 character

I feel like it was a later check in and earlier check out than “normal”. Would have loved access to complimentary coffee in lounge area in the morning outside of breakfast.. Although carpet brings warmth to a room, don’t think it a great match by a tub or outdoor patio, also it tends to hold dirt. Room aesthetic was interesting— some full luxury and then other like a rood side hotel (power bars and mini fridge stuffed in corner).

Entire home was falling apart. Yellow stains on towels, water leaking from radiator, cabinet door fell apart, creaky floors, microwave had bowl of rice not cleaned up, kettle was dirty and hard to clean for use. Dryer was not working properly as well; multiple runs needed to dry load. Oven was dirty. All this resulted in a less than optimal stay and this place should not be fit for leasing out.
