The room had a very strong smell of cigarette/smoke from years of people smoking inside. I asked to change room but they didn't have any other rooms available so I had to keep the stinky room. Rooms and motel in general are not updated.

It’s unfortunate that a place like this costs as much as it does these days. It was definitely passable but it’s hard to say it was worth 200 a night. When we arrived , the receptionist wasn’t there for about an hour so we had to sit and wait. Otherwise , it was clean but just a place to sleep at night.

Close to highway to travel up to Boston bar for bear hunt!

The suite was rented as “pet friendly” and I booked the suite for my daughter as her car broke down. I made sure I was booking a suite that would accommodate my daughter, grandson and pups. My daughter was told they couldn’t have a dog

Inconsistent beds/very hard bed

We were in family suite #30. It was clean and spacious. Two main beds were very comfy but bed in the bedroom was as hard as plywood. Booking.com advertised an indoor pool but it was drained.

Centrally located. Manager went out of his way to help us with a couple of things. For the price I wasn't expecting anything luxurious. It was adequate.

Good facilities like a pool and treadmills for a relatively small and cheap facility.

Pool and sauna could use an upgrade, gym equipment should be thrown out and not advertised. The outside could use a painting. Bathrooms could be upgraded.

Rooms were pretty nice. The front desk man was very nice as well. Great views.

There were stained towels and the fixtures are quite old. The hotel appears to have individuals living in it, so it was noisier in the early evening when the residents were out talking and smoking. Our room was also connected to the neighbours by a thin interior door with a flimsy lock. They were quiet in the evening, but was noisy when our infant slept early. The front desk staff was very kind and polite, but seemed confused about our online booking and contacted us after check out with a confusing situation, that ended up not relating to us at all. Overall very clean and no big concerns, but not worth the cost.

The place was clean and the front desk staff member ensured the room was clean before we used it. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. It was a central location near downtown and restaurants. The flowers on the property are beautiful.

Pool water was cold. Though for this price I didn't expect the hotel to have a pool at all. Rooms are in general pretty old with some things falling apart, but clean. Smell in the room was not a pleasant one, but it was too late to change anything.

Location is great. Mountain views right from your window are amazing. Clean room. Staff is very helpful.

Was not well kept. There have been some efforts to modernize but a lot more needs to be done. Although the floor was newer it could use a good washing. The TV remote did not work well and the TV had to be unplugged to turn off.
