Room was a good size with an ensuite bathroom. Only complaint is that there was i had to find staff to check in and out as there was no one at the front desk. Overall good value and convenient walking distance to restaurants.

Air conditioning pointed at the bed. The elevator was working but lights, etc made it difficult to tell if it was working.

Automated check in was very good. Staff was helpful and spoke both languages. Parking was ideal.

A lot of noise, the windows aren't really isolated properly. You can basically hear everything.

Neighbours were doing roof work at 7.30am at the front of my window, taking, looking inside my room, using stinking paint, hammer. Legal right to start work and common sense and manners you could use together if you had the medium IQ. I mentioned this as the hotel owners did not do anything to postpone little the noisy work and ignored the issue completely. I could not report as there wasn't anyone at the reception.

Location. Close to restaurants, river, at the front of free parking. All toiletries you need and more, coffee in room. Comfortable bed. Lots of extra covers. Very kind and helpful staff. I was staying in the middle of the week, so I didn't have any problems with noise from the bar.

The hotel has a karaoke room at the geound floor. Loud music and vibration until 3 am in the night. Impossible to sleep.

beds weren’t made despite the bathroom being cleaned between nights. budget rooms only have one bed. do not trust the pics on the app. we wound up having to pay extra.

I forgot my iphone charger and I was still around like 20 kilometres where I stayed after I checked out so I contacted them about it so I can pickup the charger and they asked me my phone # inorder to call me after because they wanted to verify with the cleaner but I didn’t hear from them since so becareful once you check out to make sure you have all your belongings:

it’s such amazing location with free parki but it’s not easy for someone who have difficulties to sleep because the karaoke at the bar it’s so noise and isn’t possible to be quiet during the nigh

The lady in the room next of us started screaming at 2am because apparently somebody went into her room. It was so scary, what was worse is that she claimed to work there? There should have been some type of reimbursement or at least at apology, it was so scary to hear so much screaming, swearing and harsh door slamming in the middle of the night.

I thought it was okay at first, I mean you get what you paid for.

Karaokes in weekend's night could be a bit of a disturbing element for a good sleep. But if I weren't there to wake up early, I would have joined the party 😊

There's a bar on ground level and you can hear the music at full volume on the 1st floor. The room was tiny and got really hot at night with no way of colling them down. The wall and floor are crazy thin and you can hear everything through them.

The shower and common bathroom were very clean. The beds were quite confy.

under the hotel rooms, probably in the basement they have bar and gaming rooms, it was so loud that I could not sleep till late at night

It was horrible. The beds are hard and dirty, we had dirt and blood stains on the sheets so we asked for a different room and got another two dirty beds only this room had pills on the floor that my dog tried to eat. Not to mention the drunk karaoke until 3 am happening downstairs. The third floor doesn’t stop you from hearing it and I’m half deaf. No wonder they make you pay in advance they know it’s a horrible place and they don’t offer a refund. Find a different place to stay trust me.
