Of the four guests three found the beds too soft and two would have liked different pillow options as all too poofed up for comfortable sleep Only decaf coffee options provided in both rooms...maybe to get people to go out for coffee (on site Starbucks-which is a plus)

Very limited power socket and arranggement of them. Disturbing noise from upper level. Too much noise created by the upper occupant. It is good time to upgrade the AC and heater.

Wifi was iffy, but that could be due to the mountains. It was still usable, though. TV reception was intermittent at times, but they advised people about this in advance. We didn't visit to watch the television anyway. Parking was difficult. It had ample private parking, but that was full, and we had to park in a public lot the first night. Summers are likely even worse. The storm door slamming when people would go in or out was annoying when it woke us both mornings, but that was a minor annoyance to have a corner room with such an incredible view.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very well laid out and comfortable with ample amenities. I appreciated that they are still focusing on health protocols for guests' safety. The beds were nice with ample pillows. There was a mini fridge with a small freezer, a coffee maker, and a small dining set. The shower had ample hot water, and the room offered a balcony, which was awesome! We had a marina view and were able to relax on the balcony and watch the deer go by. The location was fantastic, and everything in town was within an easy walk. The nights got cool, but the room had temperature control, and we were never chilled. The town is quite dark at night, and being able to see so many stars was amazing!! The Inn was quite full but surprisingly quiet, with the exception of the storm door banging. Overall, it was a magnificent stay, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to visit.

In our first night there were guests that got drunk and very noisy, nobody at the hotel approached them to ask them to be quiet, they kept on screaming all night. We all signed a term with the hotel rules about being quiet at night and I expected all to be upholding it. No hotel staff took any action about it. Other than that it was great.

Very clean and smelled good. The bedroom is well maintained, the shower was perfect pressure, beds were comfy and clean the view was amazing in fall, location was perfect and close to everything, parking was safe and staff was friendly.

We stayed 2 days and our room was not touched. I don't think anyone even opened the door. Breakfast was a disappointment. Perhaps because it was the end of the season, but I could not get fresh fruit, or even some jam for my toast.

We ate our dinners here and they were very good. I would certainly recommend the dinners.

Could use some tech updates….old electrical outlets on lamps so wouldn’t stay plugged in and NO USB outlets anywhere in the room.

The room we had, had a different type of balcony that most other rooms, that you had to stand at rather than sit. Most rooms had balconies where you could sit down and see out easily, though.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops and right by the lake. The rooms had balconies, had a few choices of restaurants, rooms were a good size.

Location was great as it is the only waterfront hotel in Waterton Lakes. Lakeshore path right outside room. Porch outside room was great for sitting.

Wouldn’t let us check in at 3:15 pm - said we had to wait until 4:00 pm; hotel is showing signs of aging; relatively expensive accommodation for what you get; the town itself seems a bit too self-satisfied.

The parking was really tight. Also, the price was higher than what I had booked online. They also hold $200 for a deposit.

Aging and limited room amenities. Featured online as a ‘spa/resort’ but we experienced it as a room with a view and no information/evidence of resort offerings such as restaurant, spa or activities. We did receive a small 10% off breakfast coupon at a restaurant down the street…but did not use it.

Beachfront location was lovely and reception staff was courteous.
