There is 0 sound-proofing. The neighbors above us walked heavily and woke us up in the middle of the night and early in the morning. I recommend that you book the rooms on the second floor.

Apartment spacious and very clean. Beautiful rooms and bathroom. Nice kitchenette. Beautiful sitting area outside the room. Location beautiful and spacious surroundings. Restaurants across the street and proximity to the mountain. Beautiful park and trail close to the complex.

And still my son-in law did the cleaning with their cleaning supplies. We were told we we get some money refunded because of this. Hope that the manager will compensate us. Thank you.

Rooms are not very sound proof. We could hear neighbors from the side rooms and from above. It didn't ruin our experience as we are ok with noise. Parking that is near our entrance was small and it was a challenge to park car when there is a lot of snow. Note: there is no tea or coffee provided but there is kettle and coffee machine so bring your own.

Bathroom has its own heating and ventilation- no moisture goes into the room. Floor is wooden- no mold and dust smell. Room is spacious. A lot of electrical outlets. Separate entry from outside in addition for indoor entry. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Very nice and friendly staff.

We booked a family studio which were suppose to be for 4 adults, but there was only one queen-size bed in the studio as well as two foldable futons beds. The futon bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable and way to short. My feet were just hanging in the air all night long. Even the beds were not prepared. I had to put on the sheets by myself. Staff is not very friendly either. Room was not clean, there were open beer cans in the cabinet.

    The pool.

    - We did not get the room we booked. We had specifically requested for a room on the first floor with a balcony or a terrace with garden view. Even though on Booking it clearly states that those rooms with balcony or terrace depend on availability, the confirmation we received from Booking showed pictures of our room with a door leading to a balcony or terrace and is in the description of our room. - When we requested the personnel that welcomed us about the mismatch (which we only realized when we got there) and if they could at least give us a rebate for not having what we thought we had paid for (we showed our confirmation in Booking with details and the text the Hotel had sent us), the answer (the message that it implied) though polite, was: Take it or leave it, but we won’t do anything else. The Hotel was at full capacity. - It is important to notice that we had received notification from the Hotel confirming that we were going to be staying in Room 102 on the first floor. Here in Quebec for most uses the first floor is the one above the ground floor. Room 102 was on the ground floor and with no access to a terrace or a balcony. It was on a corner and facing the main street of the town. - Why was so important for us to stay in the upper floor, at least (forget for a moment the garden and mountain view while seating in the balcony): here in Quebec in that kind of building you can hear when someone walks in the story above you. This one was not the worse, but we definitely had the kind of noise we were trying to avoid, especially during bedtime. - It’s important to notice that once you confirm your reservation for this place, you’ll only be able cancel it at have of the cost.

    - The Hotel is in a prime spot within the area, both for nature and amenities nearby. - Room was spacious and clean. - Everything worked in our room. - Beds are comfortable enough for a good-night sleep

The room was a studio , a large room with a Murphy bed and 2 couch/futons. There is no elevator, and very steep stairs. The view was on the side of the building. There was a small kitchenette with a microwave and a 2 burner stove, and a decent refrigerator. The bed was very low to the floor, you could feel every spring, and was difficult to get in and out of. At the end of our stay, we had to remove any trash to a dumpster at the far end of the parking lot, no fun in the rain. The bathroom sink was partially blocked and when we asked for it to be fixed we were told that there was nobody in that day for repairs. .

    The location was OK

As another review said so aptly: Looks good from afar, but is far from good: 1) Soundproofing between walls is non-existent. You can barely talk without bothered others or being bothered, all doors and windows closed. 2) Our room constantly had a musky/humid smell and we had to frequently open doors to freshen up. 3) Dishes were not very clean. Evidently, they do not clean the dishes and put responsibility on the previous clients without cleaning after them. 4) The "bed". This was not a bed. It's a few pieces of wood on which a thin mattress is laid, and sheets added. Sheets are flat not properly sized, kept coming undone. 5) Bedding was one of the worst aspects of this place. We had no duvet cover, which in Covid-times is especially concerning. We found traces of BLOOD on the duvet, that had no cover. Appalling. More so, our friends in our other room also found blood on the pillows. 6) The hallway and steps leading to our room had evidently not been cleaned for years. 7) As said previously, the shower was really cool. However, it was filthy. The glass had evidently not been cleaned for months at least. 8) Our room was essentially in a basement under a hill, so we barely had any light (room #5) 9) Officially, the reception closes at 8pm. So if there's a problem after 8, tough luck. However, there were evening when we would walk past the reception around 7:30pm and the reception would already be closed. 10) Wifi in our room was poor, and took us 2 days to have it work (ended up having to connect to admin wifi because all the other ones did not reach our room) 10) Reception staff was not very collaborative. When we complained about the lack of cleanliness, they avoided responsibility, and told our friends who had blood on their pillow that it didn't mean if the blood was on the pillow cover as it could just be changed

I'll start by the pros: there is a quite nice outdoor area, with several freely accessible barbecues, picnic tables, and a pretty big pool with pool chairs around. Parking is not an issue, the condos are pretty close to Magog (have to take your car or bikes though), and overall, the outside structure and design looks pretty good. It is easy to get fresh towels at the front office. Condos are decently sized, and there is a kitchenette in each The shower is very fancy and high tech (think rain shower from above and the side, lights, etc), however it was exceedingly dirty (luckily we didn't have hairs in our shower as many other reviewers have stated) but there was such a thick layer of lime stains on the glass that you could barely see through).

I didn't get the room I thought I booked for. The pictures on the website give a much better look to the rooms than they realy are. It is a very noisy place. Soundproofing is realy bad. You can ear through the walls others walking or speaking, people going up and down the stairs and in the hallway. No coffee in the room. There is a coffee maker but you have to bring your own coffee. I was so disappointed, I didn't stay for the night.

It was tired and It needs a lot of work to bring it up to the loveliness it deserves/once was. Staircase carpets were dirty, there were no bedside lamps, no bath mat and no kitchen sink floor mat. Coffee maker did not function. Unit was far from spotless. Bed was not too bad. Unit was VERY sparsely decorated.

It is quiet and in a convenient location and if fully maintained and cleaned could be quite lovely spot. Shower was phenomenal!
