Power outage to the whole building due to construction was bothersome and inconvenient but the staff managed it well. No continental breakfast available. Parking at rear of building.

Location was central to amenities. Exterior property is otherwise lovely despite major onsite construction. Good signage directing guests when arriving onsite to check-in area. Room was tidy and clean. Parking was spacious (large lot). Luggage trolley was available. Hot water in the room was available quickly. In-room kitchenette was handy. Local cable tv was available in room. Despite being a busy place, our stay was quiet and unbothered. Coffee/tea available for guests was hot and fresh. Staff accommodated us by allowing us to keep some plants onsite that we purchased locally and stored them for us in the mailroom until checkout.

Lack of kitchen utensils to use the kitchen fully. Lots of construction on campus so was difficult to find the accommodations.

These are dorm rooms snd comfortable beds but only plastic cups for use.

Our booking details did not mention that this residence has 3 different buildings.Google maps was not showing the proper location.Had to ask a lot of ppl to reach the destination.They should address this issue asap.

Very basic amenities - you get what you pay for. One bed was not made up when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves.

Could have had better signage for the parking lot (which is a bit of a walk from the building where you stay). Beds were very hard.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We had access to use the games room and play pool.

Rooms were a little smokey. Other guests on the floor were also smoking Marijuana. A toaster or toaster oven in the kitchenette would have been great. Save some money being able to prepare a wider variety of meals. An alumni discount would be nice too.

As an alumnus, it was nice being back on campus. Having the use of a kitchenette was great.

Parking isn’t convenient. Unless it’s the weekend you have to pay for parking in front of the residence building or get a pass and park away from the building.

More access to coffee throughout the day would have been nice, as pots were often empty when we tried to get coffee at the coffee station during the hours that it said it was available (7 a.m, - 11 a.m.). It would also be nice to have access to coffee throughout the day (I.e. evening), or a way to make our own coffee.

The room was spacious and met all of our needs. We were able to relax and eat meals comfortably in our room, saving the cost of eating out at restaurants. Staff was friendly. Great value for our money.

Good place to stay instead of spending more money in hotel or more work in camping. Very affordable. The sitting area is bigger than expected and it is great to have a TV so we can watch news and weather. Wifi is good. Complimentary coffee in the morning is highly appreciated.

Beds were smaller than expected, but we made it work. Water and coffee were not always refilled throughout the morning so some days, we had to go out and purchase.

Front reception was very helpful resolving my room key issue. Had to go up and try a third time before the room key worked for my room. Complimentary car charging was much appreciated but it seems like it would have only worked over the weekend. Weekdays during business hours would have required us to pay at the metre to have the car charged because we have a designated area to park.

We expected a stove, but the kitchenette only had the fridge and microwave. Atleast a toaster and a water heater would have been better in the absence of the stove. There were no complementary tea/coffee ☹

We were 2 adults and 2 kids, and we got the entire suite with 2 rooms and the common living area with the kitchenette. That was spacious and very clean. The suite had another 2 rooms that weren't occupied so the common area was all ours and we loved the privacy. 😊
