You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNoisy neighbours in next room. Four drunken roommates kept my grandkids from sleeping. this impacted my entire stay. Don’t rent rooms to « partying people « right next to family people. Also, the party people left beer bottles in the outside terrace which weren’t picked up until 24 hours later. And of the party people, someone puked on the outside 2e floor veranda AND it wasn’t cleaned up until we’ll after I informed the front desk!! very gross!!
generally, you can always count on Comfort Inn for a specific quality of room and facilities.
