Was missing a cutting board. Outdoor locker for skis didn’t lock (lock was broken but was still able to close door properly).

Loved the ski on/off location. Working fireplace and the supply of two starter logs was a great touch. Very spacious and laundry on site was big bonus!

Communication from the property management company and its staff, was poor from the time of the booking even until our arrival. There are very few instructions on how to use anything, what to do with things like trash, check out procedures, etc. It’s a nice property that is not particularly well-managed. It is treated like a hotel room, but it is not, and it should have more communication for guests leading up to their stay, as well as available for during their stay.

The kitchen wear was way -way outdated: that was really turning me off from even having a meal on those bitten up plates. The tableware was too old.

The walk after the shuttle was done from the village was long and uphill, sofa bed was lumpy and no extra blankets.

The property was accessed by a door code but they still made us check in at a quite distant location to get that code. You would think in this connected world they could do all check in electronically and not require us to drive to get a door code.

Location was OK. It was right beside the ski trail but did require an extra ride up the porte du soleil lift to get to that ski trail. still fairly convenient.

the walk to the village was a bit longer than expected although it was only about 15 mins but uphill on the way back. A smart TV would have been preferred to stream Netflix etc

Communication was a little tricky. Some instructions were conflicting and the phone numbers provided were non-responsive.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. Although it was a bit of a hike from the village, the shuttle was convenient with friendly drivers for those times we didn’t want to walk.

There were multiple things broken in the unit and many items missing from our welcome package and we had to call the front desk over 4 times to resolve our issues. In the end, they only resolved a few issues and we ended up having to drive the 10 minutes down to the front desk to retrieve the missing items from our welcome package, eventually their phone line stopped working as well so we could not contact anyone. The fridge was very loud and we had to unplug it while we were in the unit. Overall, the apartment is quite outdated and we did not feel the value reflected the nightly rate. We were also not checked into the unit we booked through booking.com, we were placed in a different unit so be careful of this when booking this way. We contacted booking.com about these issues after the property was reluctant to assist us, and the property was unresponsive to booking.com customer support team.

The property was ski in, ski out however that particular ski in ski out trail was not open during our visit. The apartment was cozy and otherwise in a good area. The shuttle was quite frequent to take us down to the mail village.
