We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaVery dirty rooms. Looks like yhe space under beds has never been cleaned. Lots of things are broken. They claim to have pool and free wi fi. Not true. Adamant on returning the key deposit. Can be a very nice place if the management put a little effort into renovations, but looks like they do not care. Not recommended.

CanadaThe motel has seen better days, lots of things broken and in need of repair. The wifi needs to be upgraded. Over priced. It really is more a $50 a night place, not what I paid.
The staff was fantastic. The WiFi was terrible and they moved me to another room that had better reception. So 5 stars for that. The location was great, nice and quiet, so I could get my work done. Beautiful views of the St. Laurence river. Didn't have time but you can walk down to it.

Canadait was absolutely filthy. No service for even replacement of towels. had to change rooms. moldy food left in fridge and old underwear on the floor. obviously never been cleaned. got a new room but it was horribly dirty. they never have cleaned the rooms in years. Terrible. unfortunately I had paid and had no other options. I went and purchased a sleeping bag so I didn’t have to sleep in the bed.
