Tv options had much to be desired. In this day and age, with 3 tv’s in the house and the only thing you can really use is cable tv (barely anyone watches cable anymore). I was hoping it would at least have the smart tv option of using YouTube or being capable of using blue tooth from my smartphone so I can stream from my smartphone and it pairs up with the tv. Had to use a laptop to watch stuff during the stay

the rugs seem older and some of them are not so clean and there is no 5th chair for the dining table

It is very spacious and everything is provided, it’s fun to cook in the kitchen and the location is perfect for us

Old unit, smells not good. Need renovation. Not enough chairs for 7 people. Not good cleaned dishes and props. Pool code didn't work 🙄 But anyway we enjoyed our vacation in Canmore. Thank you

Have problem with our pin # to get in our room. But the lady on the phone was very nice and help us in a fee minutes. Check in is only at 5h.

The pool was awsome for the kids. BBQ for everyone to use so we can do our own supper. The place was very clean. Enought towel, shampoos, soap and coffee for our stay.

This has so much potential but is not being maintained. The shower in the main bathroom did not work. The fan in the remaining bathroom was broken. Little easily fixable things like the tap in the kitchen plumbed in the wrong way.

There are no black-out curtains. Our little guy - who was excited to get going in the morning was wide awake very early.

Two beds for the kids. The suite was spacious and the hots pools were wonderful when it was snowy outside.

it was not clean, there was so much dust on the light fixtures and the one in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall out the security guard was extremely rude and aggressive

the TV selection isn’t great but wasn’t a big issue. There are no on-site guest services so if you need something you might have to pay extra.

The suit is great… two bedrooms upstairs with 2 bath and downstairs living and kitchen + dining room area. You are close to the outdoor hot pool no matter what room. Great price and great location. very clean.

We were 2 families sharing a chalet. We were pleasantly surprised by the facilities, especially the pool. The kids loved every moment and the spacious hot tub meant we could keep an eye on them without being cold. Appreciated that the pool was gated with an access code. Communication from Mystic Springs was excellent. We all slept and stayed comfortably. Very good value for money. Will book there again.

We couldn't park at the hotel.

We loved the kitchen!! As country people who are used to darkness, we loved the extra heavy drapes. Thank you for the lovely pool facilities.

Parking not always available.

It's very good location , clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for cooking and eating. Comfortable beds and overall good design of the house. There is pull and hot tub. The only issue you may have is finding available parking spot in the evening. If you are back by 6-7 pm. no problem to find parking inside otherwise you have to find parking on the street. Within short walking distance, there are shops, number of restaurants, liquor store, and local brewery with dine in option.

All was good, but if I had one complaint, it would be that our pool code would not work, however, other patrons opened the door for us.

The door code was simple and the emailed instructions were easy to follow. The amenities (pool, laundry and BBQ) were great! The place was well stocked and very comfortable!

There was no one on property to answer questions and when we called it was another properties staff. Jets in hot tub did not work. We were told there was not enough wifi for our Netflix. There was long black hair in the enquire shower.

Parking is limited. Temp control is a bit tricky between upstairs and downstairs. Fireplace didn’t seem to be working.

Location is great. Facilities are very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Good laundry facilities.

There was a homeless person sleeping in the parking lot that freaked out at us and actually ended up hitting my friends car
