Very cozy hotel with a great Oakville location. Free internet was great. Hotel was generaly clean. Staff were exceptional, very helpful and always happy to serve. Can't wait for my next stay!

Free breakfast was good (could be slightly improved). I stayed for about three weeks and I was hopiong there would be more variety (especially given my long stay).

Location was good even with construction taking place on surrounding streets. Easy to walk to Yaletown.

Cleanliness of place was substandard. Asked for room service to clean and turn room but was poorly done leaving trash on floor, not providing clean towels nor shampoo and body wash replacements. Coffee maker didn’t work. Room had mold. AC was dated and loud. Parking garage was infested with rats making it difficult to walk to car without stepping on rat feces. Was disappointed to find out jacuzzi was no longer in use and not something they plan on making available for use. Definitely overpriced

Check in seemed to take forever. & all the extra cost that comes with this hotel. I have never had to pay extra for an early check in, which I did here. Extra for parking, extra for breakfast. So all the additional cost almost didn’t make it worth if.
