Plus, they always eat near the airport but this time Taxi Driver called and asked to another hotel. That was Empress palace about 20 minutes away from the airport because we wanted to see the city of Suri so we are so happy if I’m calling them they performed well they booked it online and they paid on arrival. There was a spacious that was supposed to stop and put on top the property and the kids if you needed to write on a bus to see the other part of the city

Even though the pool and spa were closed for maintenance, the hotel arranged for us to use another at a hotel very close by! Spa bath in room was great! Staff very good and informative. Room with 2 queen beds and cooking facilities was excellent.

The environment is cozy and it's home far away from home. Also, the proximity from the various mall and grocery stores is mind blowing plus the swift response of the staff to your need is rare in other places

Pretty good size comfortable bed in the middle of city accessible to many groceries even by walking we could manage our shopping whatever we wanted only one day and we ended up at a gorgeous day here

It was a beautiful hotel and Staff were very friendly and location was amazing. We were welcomed by lovely staff who gave us maps and ideas of things to do.

The Wifi didn’t work in our room and the casting/ screen mirroring was unavailable even though there was a pamphlet in the room walking you through it and promoting it, when it didn’t work I called the guest help desk and they just said it wasn’t working right now. I used a lot of data because the wifi wouldn’t reach our room for a hotel that has a lot of business people I was surprised by that.
