Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and gracious. The Annex twin room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in Serena is fabulous and truly starts our day well. I really appreciate the free hotel shuttle to and from the airport and Aeon Mall..

The location was excellent. The room was tiny as are all Tokyo hotels but very well laid out and organized, and it was worth the extra five dollars a night to have a second window and a corner view of the beautiful river.

The automated check-in process is not very user-friendly. The staff was very nice, but mostly didn’t speak English.

The accommodation was clean, beautiful and easy to find. The tatami room is so comfortable and the garden view was stunning. We really enjoy our stay, and will definitely go again!

A little guesthouse with everything you need and a Japanese home experience. The house was clean, the location is easy to find, and the futons are very comfortable.

The bedroom was a bit small. Maybe i had more luggage than i should for 2 people, but there’s little space to put your belongings. However, it is still comfortable enough for 3 nights for me.
