We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We arrived very early in the morning, they picked us up from another hotel and fortunately were able to get our room ready 4 hours earlier! They gave us good advice being intermediate boarders on which mountains to access. They cooked us breakfast every morning. Something different on the menu each day we were there. They will personally drive you to close locations. They also helped us with luggage delivery :)

AustraliaThe shower was a solid 2/10. Minimal water pressure and a dingy spray head. Still able to have a shower but I wouldn't get excited about a nice hot shower after being in the snow. One night down eating pizza, the staff seemed to be a little too comfortable around the bar. One was making another cocktails while they were lounging around like it was their house. Just seemed to come off a bit unprofessional.
Good location with a comfortable bed. Pizzas made downstairs that were perfect after a long travel day and after skiing.

AustraliaWhen I closed the curtains there isn't a stopper and they ran off the rails, I spent 10 minute sputting it all back together. The shower pressure isn't great, and I really wanted a good shower after a day skiing. The floor in the bathroom and toilet is slate, and it is freezing. The toilet was freezing, except for the seat. There needs to be a sign or instructions given to get people to put their shoes in cupboards provided. There needs to be seating outside the dry room to swap shoes, it's either outside or inside but you aren't allowed to swap inside and you walk in water to get slippers if you take boots off outside.
Staff were friendly and picked us up from the train station. If you asked the staff for something, they would help. They organised our ski passes for us. Breakfast was very basic but each day there is a chef's special which is really good 👍 The room is spacious enough and has Netflix and Google TV. The heating in the main room worked well. There is a goat track to walk down to Happo gondola, about a 15 minute walk. You can also walk around via the road into town.

PeruDistance to everything is a bit far. Need to walk 10-15 minutes to get to city center for dinner or onsen. 5 minute walk to ski shuttle bus every morning with full gear.
Large rooms with private shower and bathroom. Dry room for convenient storage of ski/snowboarding equipment every day. Breakfast is great with some variation each morning. Nice and responsive staff. Pick up and drop off service to/from bus terminal.

Morino lodge was fantastic, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating, the daily breakfast was great and had good variety. The staff also gave us recommendations on the best places to ski and restaurants which we really appreciated as it was our first time in Hakuba. Overall the lodge was great value for money, definitely would stay again. Thank you Morino Lodge.
