This hotel is truly amazing, beautiful with helpful staff and it was very easy to communicate as most everyone we met had a good grasp or fluency of English. The room is the largest we stayed in in Japan, comfortable bed, and the bathroom shower was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was very good quality as well.

This is not a budget hotel, by any means. You will be catered to for whatever you need (laundry services, room service, take out containers for breakfast buffet, hailing you a taxi) but it was the most expensive part of our trip to Japan. Well worth it for our once-in-a-lifetime trip, but potentially cost prohibitive for other travelers.

Positive section of review
Great location next to Nagoya transportation station so it made it easy to get to many different places by train. I stayed 2 consecutive nights so I could go to Studio Ghibli Warehouse which was only about 1 hour from there.

The storage lockets are bit on the small side so if you're traveling with large luggage, fair warning you may have to unpack some stuff to get it to fit. The pods are cleaned daily from 10 am to 2 pm so if you like to sleep in past 10 am, this is probably not a good fit for you. Also, I wouldn't recommend this if you're a light sleeper because you will hear people snoring or generally moving throughout the night in the other pods. Lastly, the pod mattresses are a bit on the flat side so comfortability may be subjective. Overall, worth the experience if you want to try a capsule hotel at least once.

Very enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed the onsen, especially the fresh air one exposed to outdoors. The breakfast was the best we've experienced in Japan.

A modern design house. Very clean, very neat. High tech. Easy to find. Clear instruction to to check-in. Can walk to Hakodate rope-way.

Nice calm atmosphere and location, safe area, lots of places to eat nearby, friendly staff, respectful, nice common area.

No washer, no tub, have to pay for towels, no bathroom sink (use kitchen sink), no hooks in toilet room, no locks on bedroom doors, no cubbies/lockers for bags, long walk from main station.
