The room was spacious, the bathroom is a lot bigger than most other hotels in Japan. Location is very close to the trains, restaurants, convenient stores and a short train ride from central Shinjuku. This was the second time we stayed their so we love it.

A clothes iron would be a great addition. The WIFI was down for a day but can't complain about it since it's like a complementary thing to have. Phone reception is really bad inside the building but they can't do much about it.

Spacious apartment with great amenities - included a washing machine and drying factilites. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Would recommend this apartment.

Helpful staff, cleanliness, walk to terminal, bathroom supplies, quiet sleep, comfortable bed. Easy walk to Haneda Garden food court.

Couldn't see information on the TV about price of menu items in hotel restaurants and bars, although we could see and read what the food was. That is why we went to the Haneda Garden food court, where we had a lovely meal. Our standard double room was small but suited our needs as we were in transit and so our checked baggage was not with us. (It would have been very squeezy with two large suitcases in the toom. )

Was super dusty . No privacy the women couldn’t change their clothes as there was a huge gap between the DIY door. 1 toilet for 20 people in the house without can’t be locked from the inside

Impolite senior staff's services, very old and not clean cottage, fewer amenities, not value in money. In detail, we got very poor staff's services as we've never met before. The staff expressed his anger and mad to my family, and broke into the cottage once I asked for some amenities.
