Positive section of review
I've stayed here a few times on business trips to Tokyo. The things that make this a good option is the low price and great location. Not only is it well connected to trains (can be in Shibuya in under 20 min), but also there's tons of restaurants nearby. Apparently this area has a bad rep in Tokyo, but I don't understand why; it's always been great and safe to me.

Room are obviously very small, but that's Tokyo, and there's not much in terms of facilities, like a gym or anything like that. Nothing critical though, it's a good place to stay.

The staff was great, the food was really good (though Western only), and the location was reasonable. It is close enough to several ski resorts, but obviously you're gonna need a car to get around. We had a good experience staying here for a long weekend while snowboarding.

Food options were a bit limited, and there's nothing much around within walking distance. If you're ok with this, it's a great place to stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Its a great location and good concept for environmental friendly. They have put up a large collage for place to visit for that period of time (cherry blossom) that includes very useful information i.e. opening time, fee, distance from hotel...etc

There's no kettle/ cups in the room. Need to go down to the ground floor to fill up water. Overall the room was clean, except for the area where the bin is placed, still some food scraps in the area (on the tatami floor) where the mattresses were placed next to.

Location is good with a good view of the airport. The air conditioning is nice and the serving staff were very helpful. The lighting is also relaxing. It's perfect for people trying to catch early departure flights.

The rooms for 3 or 4 people should be more spacey, with additional spaces for placing luggages.

Convenient location near the JR Kobe Sannomiya station. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast, nice onsen. Variety of parking lots around the hotel.

The elevators always stop at the lobby, which is annoying and wastes time. The bed in our room was too narrow for a couple. The onsen congestion indicator always shows unoccupied, which is usually not the case.

Stylish, clean, excellent location. High standard of furnishings. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Good comfort level overall.

The restaurant and bar were closed, and no breakfast was offered due to a recent illness. This would have improved the experience. In addition, the room was tight with 2 large suitcases, which made it hard to repack items. Therefore, it was slightly overpriced.
