Everything is location, location, location, and this hotel is perfectly positioned in Lisbon. In the middle of everything. The hotel is very clean. The ambiance is very well organized, the rooms are nicely designed and a great shower! Will definitely stay here again next.

A very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helped us with directions and located the Cathedral and local restaurants for us. The cafe is very nice and the service is excellent. The breakfast is excellent - lots of fresh choices.

We truly loved and enjoyed our stay. The stuff was friendly, the room was clean and the best part of our stay was the pizza night - the best pizza we had in a while. Great vibe overall.

Jets can be a little noisy at night; but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. And it is not a distraction.

The day bartender/supervisor (Christofo?) was exceptionally helpful and friendly as was the day waitress (Lena?)

Really useless mechanical base beats coming out of disco speakers attached to the ceiling and reverberating through the building until 2-3 in the morning with NO dancers. The night staff, bartenders and waitresses were not friendly. If it weren't for that lousy ruckus I might return, but definitely won't.

Since the location was so central and the windows weren’t well insulated, it was noisy at night (from the people) and in the morning (from the seagulls).
