The ONLY thing I didn’t like was how far it was from the beach. Like a 20 minute walk. But honestly not too bad and I would stay here again for sure

This is primarily a surf hostel, although I am told increasingly they also get walkers for Rota Vicentina like me. So the guest population overall is quite young and I probably raised the age average by a few years. However, the team were very welcoming, and are really committed to make you feel comfortable. They do barbecues for everyone most nights and a pizza night with an external partner on Wednesdays, and there's a well-attended free yoga class on the rooftop each morning. Very good and usable kitchen.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the common areas had a cozy atmosphere. Also really comfortable beds - slept very well! Overall I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The breakfast in the morning sun is amazing. The shared kitchen and the bathroom are super clean at any time of the day. Even though the hostel is fully booked there are enought showers and bathrooms available so you don’t have to wait at any time. If you want to relax after surf the pool cools you down while you have a beer at the bar. The staff and the guests made this holiday amazing! If you have to work remotely there are several quiet places with good wifi where you can have your business calls.

The people working there weren't very friendly, everyone kept to themselves, would say hi if you walked past, but nothing further than that. It was a very weird atmosphere. Wouldn't be great for solo travellers unless there happened to be a good group of guests staying, but potential to be so good! Also location wise is quite a far walk from all the main places!

The facilities of the hostel were great, such an amazing set up, all super modern and clean. The hostel itself makes an effort for social activities which would've been great (if everyone got involved). The room itself was a bit small but the beds had their own power points and curtains which made it much better

New, Clean & well designed & Thought Out Hostel. Staff super friendly. Overall good vibe created - showed with Guests interaction. ✌🏻 Yoga on the roof top was amazing too. Proximity to town was Good. 15 min walk.

I liked that the staff were all very friendly and really helpful. To chill at the hostel in the day times was nice too as it was a great vibe with nice music always playing. Everybody who stay here all like to connect with each other. The beds were comfortable and the place was always super clean! I e joyed it so much that I added one night's stay... I will definitely return in the future. Obligado!

A great experience. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, they recommended places to visit and different restaurants. Everything was very clean and tidy, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. One of the things I liked the most was the fact that the other guests were very friendly, talkative and open to making plans, which is important when travelling alone! I will definitely repeat and recommend it to my friends as I can't imagine a better place to stay while visiting Sagres.

My stay at the hostel was one of the most incredible. They have very good facilities where I could enjoy a few days of vacation. I loved the pool and the atmosphere in this place. The treatment with the staff was the best I have found in a long time.

the only thing i could recommend is putting up hooks on sides of bunks. would be a great addition. they’re is a bunch of empty space there.

Really great socialize area by the pool with a bar, tables, lounging comfy stuff with free blankets. free yoga on roof in morning. great staff. clean facilities. the separated facilities are brand new! and best pizza i’ve ever had at all you can eat pizza. Also everyone was so social and get along really well.

"What an amazing experience at 'The Light House' in Sagres, Portugal! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at home instantly. My stay at the hostel was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with people from all over the world sharing stories and experiences. Everything it's perfect. Staff is always available for any queries. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Services are close to the hostel(sagres city centre is less then 10 Min by walk). It's possible to have breakfast and join several activities organised daily by the staff. Recommended!!

Absolutely loved staying at the lighthouse hostel! It’s such a nice vibe there and everybody is super friendly. It’s perfect to connect with other people when you’re solo traveling. And also the staff was so nice and helped me with every question. And my fav thing was the yoga practice in the morning from the rooftop terrace 🌞
