Comfortable, spacious room for a week+ stay. Good shower pressure. Housekeeping willing to do as much or as little as you want. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Easy drive to restaurants and shops and NMSU. Front desk staff very welcoming and accommodating. Will be back!

Loud, loud, loud air conditioner and refrigerator. Hard to get to sleep when they kicked on and off all night. Expensive rooms compared to other hotels but the location is worth it. Dog friendly and when a neighboring dog was barking non stop, the front desk took care of it immediately.

Room was clean, very nice and I had a great view of the Sphere from my room on the 12th floor. Easy to get on the monorail and go to other casinos. Monorail prices are decent (one way $6) or 24-hour pass ($15).

The walking directions given at the front desk to get to the Sphere took us through traffic when we could have used the sidewalk. Better directions would be great!! Thanks.
