The location was perfect and had a great view of the pool and ocean. The facility was clean and set up nicely, and the Keurig coffee maker was an added bonus! The beach area was clean and just a short walk from the room. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony to eat and read. That was my favorite spot to hang out. My stay was relaxing and exactly what I needed!

Beautiful location and ranch setting. Great porch with charming rocking chairs. Nice spacious layout. Comfortable beds. Responsive manager. Fourteen female cousins stayed there and we would all recommend this house.

We provided management with a list of friendly suggestions to further improve the experience at this nice house, including caution tape in a couple of low overhead areas pertaining to the upstairs bedrooms, adding mirrors and waste baskets to the bedrooms, more lighting in living room, safety strips on the kitchen door steps and a couple other simple items.

Rooms were not as pictured in photos, ice machines did not work had to pay $4 a bag there at their location. Loud music in the room next to us until 3/4 AM we called the office. Nothing was done about it.

Close to the town. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Garden of the Gods. When we checked in, we were told they upgraded us to a King Suite! That was a nice surprise.

Location was excellent- close to restaurants bars and grocery stores. Easy to walk or drive in the area.

NO salt:( Floors were not as clean as I would have liked when arriving- our feet were dirty after walking on it. NO cheese grater or I could not find it.

On the beach, local to everything we do, off season so not crowded at all.

AC wouldn't get as cold as we like, to describe this room as ocean view was laughable. Cleaning services were hit or miss. Needed towels at 11:00 pm but no one ever answered guest services phone. Vanity lights in the bathroom were so hot there were burn marks on the ceiling.
