There was no breakfast. This was made clear on the website, and not important to us. The location worked out perfectly for us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. We ate at a good diner nearby, the Cocoa Diner.

Disappointed there was no seating at the pool to sit in the sun. Pool was not open. This info should be told upfront before booking.

Pool was not open. Breakfast only was available until 9am. Most places have it until 10am or 11am.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice.

I didn't like that they had a hard time finding both of the rooms I booked and that there are still (over a week later) two charges on my credit card that need to be removed. I emailed twice with no answer and plan to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I believe the charges are the temporary credit card holds I needed to put on file, but they should have been removed by now.
