Loved the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The air wasn't cooling the first night, but they had it working the second night. The second night, the toilet started running constantly, but they fixed it right away, too.

If you like refrigerated powdered and chocolate covered donuts, pecan swirls, oatmeal creme pies, etc., for breakfast, you'll enjoy theirs. I didn't like that rain was pouring in the top of the door in then middle of the night, but since I wasn't getting wet, it was okay.

The hotel is beautiful ! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Area was very quiet and very close to a lot of shops. Very convenient.

There were a couple of bugs in the room. One was on the side of the bed ( not alive) not sure how long it had been there. Other than that the room was very clean.

Our room was a king sized bed. Very spacious and clean in room. The only issue was our shower drain drained slow causing water to back up in a puddle while we showered.

The bed linens, towels and washcloths looked and smelled clean.

The cigarette smell was horrible and it smelled like gallons of Febreeze were sprayed to cover it. Our room was dirty. I found pills on the floor around the bed, an unpackaged, frosted sugar cookie under the ice box. The shower walls had soap scum on them. The breakfast area counters were in need of cleaning.

Where do I start? I stayed for 6 nights, not a single one of those nights did the WiFi work. Which wouldn’t be an issue if I wasn’t a student, thankfully I was able to use my personal hotspot from my phone. 2/3 of the vanity drawers were not functioning. Old food left in the mini fridge. Sheet/comforter was dirty and had holes all over it. Dirty towels shoved under the vanity cabinet. Bath tub leaks/doesn’t hold water. Water NEVER got hotter than warm. Ice machines were down on 1st and 2nd floor. After 2 days the back entrance to the building (which was right next to my room) stopped working. Breakfast was a joke.
