The only thing I can think of was is a bit of a weird smell in communal areas - might have been the lilies bouquets that were plentiful all over the place..?

It’s a true boutique place with taste, attention to details and exceptional stuff. When the stay itself is an experience of its own!

We liked everything! The location was perfect and the room far exceeded our expectations, which were already high from reading other reviews. Above all the staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. They were, without exception, extremely helpful and attentive without being intrusive, (for example they arranged another taxi for us at the last minute when our pre-booked cab failed to arrive). It was especially impressive to see the owners working with the rest of the staff team, running the check in desk, serving at breakfast time, assisting with luggage etc. etc. This was our first stay in Prague and Jan et al helped make it truly special and memorable. We will be returning! 👥😀😀

The cafe was so lovely that it would have been nice to order things throughout the day!

No plug in the hand basin, no hair conditioner just shampoo.

Excellent location, beautiful building and room.The bed was so comfortable, breakfast amazing.The staff were all fantastic, very helpful and friendly, we had a small issue with some noise from plumbing work next door and the staff were so caring and thoughtful in sorting it out, especially the manager. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

perfect location, very nice room. Staff extremely friendly and kind. They provided a microwave in our room as we requested. Room was very clean, elegant and quite. Breakfact very good but normally I prefer buffet when I am at hotels. If there was a resturant it would have been perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and we'll come back for sure! :)

Excellent and small boutique hotel in the heart of the Nerudova street just few meters from the Mala Strana square. We have a attic room having small windows where you could see old houses' roof and nearby church towers. The room is located at 4th floor, but there is a small lift to get 3rd floor where you access to your room - the room's bathroom is the 3rd floor. The hotel's young staff (both in the reception and in the restaurant) was super friendly and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was served in the hotel's small restaurant. The breakfast was a la carte style so you can select whatever you want from the list, so no "queueing in buffet breakfast" way. And the breakfast meals where extremely good - like eggs benedict, pancakes with berries, French toast, porridge etc. The hotel provides airport transportation with nice luxury cars. Nearby the hotel you can also find good evening restaurants like U Mlynare where we have our dinner two times.

A truly fantastic hotel with the sweetest and friendliest staff. The staff were incredibly helpful with various requests. The surroundings were beautiful and authentic, and the rooms were the size of 4 regular hotel rooms combined. We will definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Prague.
