Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No service at the room , like morning coffee from restaurant you have to go down and get it, you have to order your food and go down and get it. there was no mini bar or boiler.
I was staying at the property, it was clean and safe as 2 girls, we lasted 4 days I extended my stay 2 days after.

It was a little bit overpriced, however similar hotels in the neighborhood were priced the same
Neighborhood is quiet, in the vicinity there are supermarkets, transportation hubs and stations, restaurants. The room was brilliantly cleaned

This is the perfect combo between a hostel and a hotel. The hotel is well located and reaching the city centre was quite easy. The staff were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable. Overall - nice experience.

The room was very small, containing only the double bed and a sink. TV was there but on the side, so hard to watch from the bed. However, for staying just a few nights and only for sleeping there, these weren't big problems for us.
Really quiet neighbourhood, reasonably close to U-Bahn + S-Bahn, very friendly staff und clean room and bathroom. Didn't use the shower so cannot judge them, but everything else I saw was clean and modern.

I can't really point anything that would be a problem.

The place could have been cleaner. On the last day, we went for breakfast at 9:30 and nothing was left, not even coffee. The check-out could be a little bit later, especially when there are only 2 persons to take care of everything at that time and they are supposed to refill the breakfast things. Overall I think we overpaid.
The location was good. The beds and room were clean and comfortable, not the rest of the facilities. The breakfast was good when you were early.

As mentioned the air quality didn't feel the best, despite it being quick and easy to fix, it was not exactly what I wanted to come back to, after jumping around at a concert. Toilet paper was not replaced in the shared bathroom for multiple days, despite staff cleaning the bathroom itself. Pretty annoying, especially since most public toilets cost money in Germany. Breakfast was subpar, dry bread and cold cuts that were clearly not replaced to preserve freshness for guests arriving late. No scrambled eggs once they ran out. Juice was good though.
Upon arriving at the room, the air is a bit humid and heavy, but this is easily fixed by opening the window for 10 or so minutes. What really needs to be highlighted are how nice the bed and pillows are. From my experience, hotel pillows are notoriously bad, but these were amazing and felt like actual support. Around 1km walk from both Lichtenberg and Noldnerplatz makes taking public transportation to and from the hotel easy as cake. Bonus that there's a Rewe close by, for lazy people like me who just wanted to eat a pretzel with obazda for lunch.

I forgot my jacket and i know for 100%sure that i left it on the hooks in my room behind the door of the room. Unfortunately housekeeping didnt find it they say. If you go just make sure you dont forget anything when you check out.
