Very hospitable accommodations with comfortable room and bed. Large bathroom with good shower. Good breakfasts and great location to see Ordesa and Mount Perdida National Park. Staff was all very pleasant. Also enjoyed the general ambiance and artwork in the hotel. Seemed to be well-managed.

Attention to detail was lacking. Many signs etc were slightly crooked both in our room, particularly in the bathroom, and also public areas. The restaurant…..well, chaotic in the evening, with very average food. Breakfast was great though.

A stunning property, beautifully restored. Love all the artworks and lighting.

We were recommended by one of the receptionist to a very nice restaurant but extremely expensive. We paid over 200 Euro for 2 persons without alcohol. There was no price in the menu and we didn't think it would be so expensive.

The hotel building and decoration is superb. Staff attention is very professional and friendly Breakfast was very rich and tasty The SPA is clean and very pleasant

Having to leave ☹

Fantastic building. Could not ask more of the staff. One gentleman member of staff also put football on the TV in the bar, just two minutes before my phone battery died. Result. Greeting and help from the girls at reception was first class. If I am in the area I will definitely stay again.

The bar doesn’t open until 19:30 We had planned a further 2 nights in one of the villas, but were told the upstairs villas were unavailable - only the ground floor ones were available. We were a bit disappointed, but found a great hotel 6 kms away.

It’s an interesting building full of wonderful artworks and well-placed for walking and exploring the area.

There was nothing at all to complain about.

The building was stunning. Spa was very well run, and the staff were very informative. Given a glass of champagne on arrival. They found out it was my husbands birthday while we were there and a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room on his birthday, with a written birthday wish from all of the staff.

We booked half board. The evening meal was poor. I had overcooked pasta as a starter and a lukewarm lamb stew with little seasoning. Breakfast was good however.

Super staff and lovely environment in an old monastery. Spa was great and very relaxing. Comfortable bed and very clean.

The swimming pool was closed which was very disappointing as it was a very hot day.

A bit expensive Only one choice of white wine by the glass (and it was poor). Red wines by the glass nothing exceptional. Dinner starts quite late (but normal for Spain)

Pool closed despite hot weather. Spa charges too expensive at 25€ pp for only 1hr, restrictive and didn’t advertise there would be extra charge for spa use. Coffee provided in rm but no milk then charged for milk as extra, penny pinching attitude spoilt experience of the stay.

On the second evening we ate outside. We ordered our food and waited. It took several enquiries over the next hour or so for one of the four meals to arrive. The other three did not arrive. After another long wait and more enquiries to staff the other meals eventually arrived. Staff were very apologetic but it was frustrating to wait such a long time

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. A converted monastery that has been sympathetically converted into a modern hotel with a luxury feel. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was a very good size. All of the public areas were clean and inviting. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening for a drink and an informal meal.

Dinner was mixed, usually an excellent starter and dessert but you had to choose wisely on the main to avoid a huge plate of meat with little else.

Breakfast was wonderful. A huge choice in the buffet: cereals, fresh fruits, cold savoury, hot savoury, all manner of juices, pastries. The bed was really comfortable
