We don't see the purpose for keeping 2 cages with several birds trapped in them. Lago Garden in general makes you feel free, relaxed, and it's somewhat causing the opposite feeling to see those animals trapped in a corner. During the days we were there no one enjoyed admiring the birds. There's so much beauty in Lago Garden already, please, there's no need for caged birds ;-)

So many things to list here! Number one is how friendly and helpful absolutely everyone working at Lago Garden is. All were very professional. We decided for half board and the waitresses were amazing at their job. The food served both for breakfast and dinner was delicious, abundant, and fresh. Also several nice beverage options. All common areas, spa, swimming pools, gym were very neat, clean, and nicely decorated. One special thing is that it really feels as if you're in an oasis, far away from civilization, but you're right there in the middle of a nice little town. Nicely located to access many pretty beaches, a shopping area, supermarkets, restaurants.

We had heavy storm and had to switch family suite because of electricity and water damage in the room. This should not happen for 5 star hotel, but storm was exceptionally heavy, even trees around the pool were broken and due to that also 2 days no use of swimming pool possible. Spa was also to cold, should have been warmer.

Very nice location and garden, breadfast very rich in choice, possibility to eat outside also nice with view on garden.

Very difficult to get a lounger around the pools. On street parking only.

Good size air conditioned suite which worked well for our family of 2+2. Location close to Cala Rajada. Nice pools and good breakfast.

The room pictures on booking.com didn’t represent the actual rooms. I requested a family room with four beds but instead it was two beds and two sofa beds. This was not made clear and no pictures of the family room bedrooms was miss leading. I only went through with the booking trusting booking.com. The staff were great and found us an alternative quickly with no added fee. However two days into our stay and the bathroom began to stink. We were moved again after I complained. The AC did not work in one room and was barely noticeable in the other.

We found it difficult to find , driving late at night. Because the suits differed quite a lot, ours were ok, but not amazing. Parking was in the road only, though to be honest, we did not struggle that much to find a space. Small things matter, and I would prefer to have at least bottles of waters free in the room.

Location was ok. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Lots of pools and breakfast was very good. If you like a spa facilities, they had a lot of facilities and the garden was very nice.

The friendly bartender was very helpful making sure we were always topped up. The room was very modern compared to the lobby’s around the hotel. The whole hotel had a great feel to it and location to the beach perfect for a stroll

Half-board did not include local beer/wine; balconies are a little close.

Superb, landscaped gardens, multiple pools, indoor spa and decent fitness centre (weights and basic machines), excellent food, beautiful architecture and furnishing, decent room size with super-king beds, wonderful service throughout, great variety and quality of food (we chose half-board).

Possibly due to the location with the feel of the rainforest, we had a few more bites than we would normally expect.

Hotel was very good and would look to return. Breakfast and dinner were superb with lots of options. The swimming pools were excellent and our 3 year old grandson had a great time in them. The hotel rooms if you have a garden facing provide a good view, but some rooms at the back of the hotel might not have such a good outlook. The rooms themselves are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel is only about 10 minutes walk to the beach or town centre. Wi-Fi was excellent.

smoking was allowed at the snack bar eating area. would suggest dedicated smoking areas so we wouldn’t have to smell and enjoy the smoke while eating lunch.

We found a lot of the staff couldn’t speak fluent English which sometimes made communication difficult.

The rooms and facilities were all clean and well maintained, very convenient location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Breakfast was exceptional and had every option you could think of. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I didn't dislike anything but perhaps the hotel feels a little old fashioned in places. There could also be a little more for the children to do. The kids club was okay and Anna who ran it was great with the children but feel a bit more time and funds could be given to the club to make it a bit more special for children since there were a lot visiting the hotel.

Amazing breakfast, delicious lunch menu, beautiful setting, very friendly staff, rooms were spacious and clean. I have stayed in many five stars over the years and I would say this is the best breakfast I've ever had in terms of quality and varierty. All food was delicious. Overall a very comfortable, relaxed and well run hotel.

It would be great to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, and to have one pool reserved for adults only. There were lots of young children so it was noisy at times around the pool area.

The staff were very friendly and there were nice personal touches. For example, they left us a bottle of wine as they knew it was our honeymoon. The hotel has great facilities, with three swimming pools and a beautiful spa area. The food is also delicious.

air con was 'only just' cool enough on lowest setting..also you had to pay for coffee pods at reception for €1...i mean c,mon a 5 star hotel cannot provide free coffee...thats crazy
