We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe had 2 rooms , in one room both beds were very weak and looks as broken. We had to put blankets under the mattress to make it more firm. The wardrobe doors did not work. Room 412. When we arrived past midnight we were promised by Ilona a cold dinner, but she forgot about it. At least the 4 children were not hungry, as this would be the complete disaster. The staff member that works at night at reception area is not very good at communicating. He did not welcome us. Did not greet us. Did not explain anything about the hotel and about the facilities. We were not informed what is included in our all - inclusive package. He barely said a word. Not a good experience. The food was good enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the photo that attracted us from the time of booking was the sushi bar. Manager at the restaurant explained that they don’t do sushi. Maybe booking.com needs to remove this photo.
The hotel is located in walking distance to the town center and the beach. The hotel was nice, clean, small but comfortable. Swimming pool was clean. We had all inclusive and the burgers by the pool area were a nice touch. Most of the staff were very friendly and nice. However we did not receive a proper welcome when we arrived.

Stayed here for the Ironman. Excellent service with early dinner (pasta, chicken, rice, etc. buffet) and breakfast at 5.30am (pancakes, rice, chicken..). All included in the price. Very friendly personnel and will definitely book again.

Ukraine2 years ago I had vacation in Calleila and the hotel where I stoped was very bad I thought this 4 stars hotel should be better but no, probably this is small city and they didn’t upgrade hotels at all. this time I stoped longer to work remotely and waiting for documents but this hotel wasn’t ok as well: - firstly when I’ve arrived it was 4:30pm I could check in only in about 1,5-2 h, I was proposed to wait because the room wasn’t done. I did not plan to wait so long, because it was a weekend and I was tired after long trip, I wanted to leave my staff and go to the sea, but couldn’t - when I came to the room it was absolutely dirty, even the reason of delay was cleaning it wasn’t in reality, lots of sand, dust and debris, the shower room not ok at all( - the room is too dark, there are only 2 lamps and they are not strong, I asked about another room but another was darker. maybe if you got to sleep only in this hotel it’s ok, but for eyes it’s difficult. even if they have big windows it was not enough lights. - the furniture was too old and used, the floor broken.
- it was very tasty food, breakfast and dinner are fresh and good, sometimes mussels and souses were over salted but in general the meal great. - kind and helpful personal, I really like that people - possibility to make Coffee during the day, because I worked in my room on laptop and some coffee was nice to drink after long working. - the swim pool, I didn’t try, but I was in that aria and it was good size and to have possibility to chill there, I saw people drunk drinks and had fun in swim pool, - some board games, I haven’t try but I saw people played and had fun

United Kingdomwe and 4 other rooms were asked to leave with less than 24 hours notice as there were not enough guests. I only found this out the day I finished the Barcelona Ironman. The hotel moved us to another hotel, which was terrible, loud and not what we payed for. The hotel have not responded to any of my emails.
