All the appliances were new and a bit high-tech. We had some trouble figuring out how they worked. Perhaps they need to show you how everything works when you get there or leave English instructions. The only other issue was we found it tight for three people but definitely doable for up to 4.

I liked being in a newly renovated apartment. I was glad to see there was an elevator but we only used it for our luggage. For ourselves, we like the steps. The location was excellent. Restaurants and shops, transportation and less than 10 minute walk to get to the Louvre. The hosts were charming and helpful. It was nice having breakfast available in the apartment with easy options. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Check in and check out times a bit restrictive but we worked around it. Also having to pay cash at the property was novel.

The location is very central and apartment is very safe. Close to all metro/RER stations. Thé breakfast was great- coffee, toast, kitchen was equipped. Landlord was very present, answering all of our needs.

Great location just 5 minutes away from the Louvre, near restaurants, transportation and many other locations to visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed for the stay with a baby and the host arranged another appliance we needed to prepare soup for the baby. Considering other options in the same area, the apartment is bigger than 4* hotel options in Paris center. Finally, thank you to the hosts, Thomas family, friendly, helpful and amazing hosts.

The central location was excellent for seeing the sights. There were many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket close by. The Louvre and metro station was also conveniently located a few minutes walk away.

Communication could have been better. I was messaging the owner for days before our arrival but no answer. But all is well at the end.

The apartment is very safe. You have to go thru 4 lock doors to get in to your apartment. Kitchen is full of food enough for you to consume for days. Apartment is minutes away from the louvre museum. Lots of restaurant around. Highly recommended!

It was in the city center, at 5 minutes from the Louvre and to all public transport. The host kept the baggage when we check-out, keeping it until 7pm. The room is bigger than a hotel room, and you have kitchen. We had juices, milk, cereal, bread, coffee and some other stuff in the kitchen, a really good detail.

Strong smoky smell for the first two nights I was present. Sofa bed could do with an upgrade. Pretty flimsy.

Fantastic location. Good size for Paris. Shower had strong pressure. Easy to locate. Great for two adults two kids. Owner was fairly responsive. But note that the person receiving you speaks limited English. Appreciated the really decent breakfast provided. the washer dryer worked which was great.

Wifi signal wasn't great. The room has a private entrance but is connected to another residence. On all 3 nights we had to endure second hand smoke which isn't acceptable.

Perfect location. Close to metros, restaurants, shops and attractions. Great breakfast items provided. Well kitted kitchen with washer/drier. Very warm welcome with easy check in and out.

Wi-Fi did not work, TV did not work, AC did not work. We had portable AC, which was very noisy and couldn’t leave it on at night. Main bed mattress very old and needs replacing. Apartment not suitable for 4 persons as sofa bed is in a kitchen and when opened not possible to use kitchen.
