My room was available early which allowed me to drop off non-skiing gear and get back onto the mountain. Spacious room, lovely decor, updated bathroom, plenty of outlets, spa and reasonable restaurant on the premises.

You can pretty much ski to the doorstep of the hotel! The rooms were good enough and clean. The staff were friendly.

This fab hotel saved our holiday - after being misled with a previous booking we found a room here - on arrival they kindly gave us early access to our room to shower - the staff were all fab - they couldn’t have been more helpful - the room was perfect - clean - great location and we had a great stay

The room was small, dark and quite old. The view from the window was onto the side of the hill that's only a few meters away, so no view really and very little light. I think the photos of the property are misleading because it shows rooms with nice balconies and mountain views, but the only rooms we found on offer were without either.

The location is excellent. Several trails start right behind the hotel. We followed them all the way up the mountain to "Les Deux Têtes" with spectacular views along the way. The breakfast was good (buffet with cheese, cold cuts, boil yourself eggs, pastries, jam, cereals....) The staff were very nice and helpful. Tip: happy hour cocktails are only €5,5 from 5 to 7pm and you can enjoy them outside near the pool.

Got to rush at BF and could not sit where we wanted because apparently it’s more important to set the table for dinner at 9am… buffet was not often restock. Quality was quite middle. Really not great. Rooms are smaaaaaal ! And the spa is just BAD! Do not expect anything but an old jacuzzi too small to accommodate more than 3 customers. If someone is there, it’s over. Even in the morning it’s not possible as they turn off the jacuzzi at night and it’s cold at 10am… for the price quite a cheap move guys!

I don't think the price I paid corresponds to what I got.. I left two days before check out, everything else I was disappointed, every day I went to the spa there were people there and because there is not enough Facilities in relation to such a large hotel have to wait for people to leave and you don't know how long they plan to be there. So I didn't use the spa. Every morning and evening I heard the noise of people on the stairs because they put me in a room close to the wall of the stairs and it disturbed my sleep and the bed didn't flow so well for me. One of the days of surfing I got injured and had to spend the day in the room and there was no movie service in the room but only local programs.. There were days when it was cool in the room and it was impossible to control the heating. I felt that I found an excellent hotel for the price I paid, and it didn't happen. Anyway hope this helps improve your service, thanks anyway

Location is not ideal as combettes is the most accessible lift, and it opens the latest and does not have access to 1800 or 2000.

Room was very nice, upgraded for free was a nice bonus. Breakfast was also quite nice. Staff were polite and helpful.
