The check in process doing it all before you arrive as doing it digitally took longer the link didn’t work and it wasn’t a clear system to use. Took a long time to sort and having to email hotel prior to get new link etc. Why can’t it all be sorted at check in like usual.

Location great as close to arch de triumphe and metro so handy for sight seeing.

Started poorly because I was annoyed that my card was debited immediately when the it states free confirmation until April 28. Shud have state Payment in Advance to avoid being labelled as false claim Reception staff is the only sore point in otherwise a pleasant experience-they do not seemed to enjoy their job and lack passion in their job. Alarm is over sensitive-had few instances of alarm m triggering at odd hours of the night and early morning

The 27sqm room was both spacious and clean, seems like newly renovated Location was perfect on a quiet street just minutes away from Arc D Triomphe and Champs Elysees Their new intern from Moldova was kind enough to call and wait for a limousine pickup when the road was closed Breakfast was sumptuous with a hot section

If a hotel claims to have a gym, it should modernize one of the equipment. One that is really only for exercise, apart from the treadmill or bike.

It is quite a good hotel in an interesting location. A 25-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower area. It's nice that there was an option to check in earlier. This is generally a very friendly area of Paris. There is a small "gym" in the hotel. However, you shouldn't expect something special ;)

The room is very very small and there were some minor issues- most of the power boxes did not work and in the entire room were missing a holder for towels

The location of the hotel is perfect! It is in walkable distance to some of the famous attractions of Paris. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Very accessible to other areas such as Le Marais via the train but far from many attractions via walking if that is your preferred mode of transport.

On a quiet street steps away from Champs-Elysees. Quiet, spacious rooms with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff who even brought us a gift since it was our honeymoon!

We booked a King room and they didn't delivered the same room in the photos. It was darker, smaller and design was completely different. It was not bad at all, it was a nice room but I think it is deceptive. They should give the exact same room in the photos. If I'd known, I would book another room / hotel in that price.

The location and the stuff were more than good enough. It was a nice neighboorhood and great lobbie.

Bed sheets are not changed unless you explicitly ask .

The hotel is indeed at very high quality , it was clean , quiet and the room was comfortable with all the essentials

I was on the trip with my best friend and we chosen queens room. To our surprise in the bathroom where normally you have a mirror we had a giant window so you could see what was going on in the room and the person sitting on the bed could see you on the toilet or in the shower! We were not aware that the old rooms are like that, otherwise we would definitely book different room or different hotel. We checked with the receptionist if we can swap the room, pay extra to get another one with normal bathroom but hotel was fully booked. On the pictures there is a normal bathroom without a window poking to the room, apparently there is few different queen rooms, old ones and new ones.. very disappointing as it really affected our stay..

Location is a key here, very close to the metro station, lots of cafes and shops. Our room had a balcony which was a plus although due to the rain we were unable to use it.

Nice welcome by the staff, they made my stay very enjoyable. Free coffee and tea, with some pastries in the afternoon. Also as much tea & coffee in the room. Breakfast was good and a nice selection of food and drinks.

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Location ideal - close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées but no noise at the hotel. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available in the lounge. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

Superb location and just a 5 minute walk to the shopping street and restaurants. Very cosy hotel with very nice patio in the Middle of Paris. Staff was very helpful

the room is too small for two, and for the cleaning services you should schedule it. also, there’s no one help you with carrying the luggage even the towels you should change it by yourself
