The bed is hard and makes squeaking noise.

Location is perfect, and even it’s just next to the train station, the window is very soundproof. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

The drinks and snacks vending machine was a little difficult to use at first. but one of your staff kindly helped show me how to use it.

My bedroom was very comfortable, with good washing facilities and very clean. I was very impressed with the great variety of food for breakfast, which was all delicious and the breakfast room was not only bright and comfortable, but guests were also treated to some delightful Cuban music, giving me nostalgic memories of my holidays to Havana many years ago! A big thank you to everyone.

The bottom of the shower had come away, but we reported it when we left. We also found it a little hard to find as you can't drive past it, coming by bus or train it is easy to see but if you park in the train station car park you can see the front of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. There was a coffee in the room. We enjoyed our stay so decided to book another b and b hotel further south in the summer.

The shower curtains could be better, the water was splashing everywhere making the floor wet.

The bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps for long time. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel is right beside the station, which is convenient if you are taking early morning train.

The furnishings downstairs in the communal areas could do with refreshing; there was a definite cigarette odour throughout, and we would not have enjoyed using the area should we have needed to use the microwave etc. Also, as is typical of such hotels near rail stations, there was a lot of low-level but intrusive noise and "business" going on in the pedestrian area below the window, up to 04:00 in the morning!

The two staff on duty were pleasant, efficient, and welcoming. The position was fairly good for nearby bars and restaurants on the waterside. This was a "needs must" stay in Dunkerque, and was the best place available at that busy time of year, so overall it was an acceptable night's accommodation.

Breakfast area felt cramped even though only half the tables were in use. We were lucky to get the last parking space in one of the streets very close to the hotel, which was free, as we arrived at the weekend. Shower curtain too short, which meant a very wet bathroom floor.

Clean, quiet, spacious room, really comfortable bed, friendly staff, good sized bathroom, okay breakfast and good location for what we needed (Plopsaland de Panne theme park).

The hotel room was simple but clean and functional. Breakfast was good. We only spend one night there waiting for our ferry to Dover. The B&B hotel absolutely served that purpose, at that price there's nothing more you can ask for.
