Only slight criticism was that there was nowhere to hang damp towels in the bathroom and the tea/coffee facilities didn't get refreshed unless we asked.

Lovely small hotel with an excellent restaurant. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Bedroom is a little small but comfortable and reasonably well furnished. Bed comfortable.

The bistro was closed for the season so there was no service by the pool. Drinks, food towels etc were not available. Would have been good to know so that we could’ve bought our own. The only other restaurant was closed on Sundays & Mondays. The bathroom fittings were old and tired but it was clean.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to lack of personnel . But very good restaurant only 50 meters away .

We visited the property in July 2023. Wonderfull location in the center of cute village. But still free parking available . Warm welcoming staff who upgraded our room. Quite room with beautiful views to Provençal landscape. Nice pool area and great breakfast .

We found some dust on tables and cables in the room. There was miscommunication from staff that we can have a breakfast for free, but during checkout we had to pay for it.

Apart from Breakfast , No food options open in hotel at all. Dial in pizza offered for diner…. This is a Michelin starred hotel . What a pity !

The receptionist was really short and ignorant when we checked in and she was constantly overlooked by an old lady (the owner) - that gave a really bad, snobby impression. The room had an old carpet, was really small and it did not have a proper door to the bathroom (more like a saloon-door). But the cleaner did an impeccable work - nice and clean.

Exceptional location overlooking the Provence country side. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fabulos and the restaurant has more than earned it's Michelin star.

The staff were a bit stiff and condescending We waited by the pool for nearly an hour for towels The staff at dinner weren’t well trained or customer service oriented enough No guidance was given about how we could use/access their garage for our car

Food at dinner was good, bedroom was nice But getting towels for the pool took hours, and the pool was tiny compared to when we lady went…the staff in the restaurant weren’t well trained enough

I liked everything

The staff was very accommodating. Allowing us to check in early and providing gluten free bread for breakfast for my wife who has celiac disease are just two examples.
