Probably the location is a bit noisy from the road for those looking for a quiet getaway. Just an easy place to stop over for the night.

Easy check in service. We enjoyed having some extras like soap and towels, some coffee. Room size was perfect with VERY comfortable beds. They also served a good breakfast.

Really quite pricey after food/drinks for what is usually seen as a budget option. Quite tricky to find in the dark!

Nice helpful staff and good to have a bar/restaurant facility, especially as we arrived late at night. Good basic stopover, like all Campanile hotels really!

It is out of town - hence the availability of parking, so there was little choice of nearby restaurants. We found an excellent restaurant about 20 mins walk away. We travelled into Annecy on the bus, which were frequent and free (for July and August).

The room was basic but the bathroom was a good size and everything was very clean and tidy. Parking for the car was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffets in the restaurant were excellent, breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

we had our evening meal in the restaurant. the menu was not straight forward. we chose the meat/steak and it was very poor.

this hotel was being renovated but is caused no problems. the staircase was temporary up to the room. the room was modernised and the bed turned round from usual lay out. this was very good and gave much more space with the TV on the wall also. the manager was excellent.

It is about 2km away from the main part of the town and lake. There is however an excellent bus service. This is a relatively good value hotel as the hotels closer to town and buy the lake are very expensive. over 300 euros for 2 night's B&B is still a lot.

The amenities in the bathroom could have been better Cleanliness was not up to the mark The utensils in the kitchenette were not that clean.

It is not super modern but it is a well maintained establishment for a good price

The gentleman that checked me in showed great compassion when I arrived exhausted at the facility. That was very kind and the water was soo good. Thank you. Rooms were clean and neat. Daily cleaned. Area is very quiet although on outskirts of annecy. Near bus stations but also an easy walk into old town. Excellent paths along the river is clean well maintained and very relaxing if you don't prefer the main road. Will definately use them again. After all in Annecy you merely want a good sleep only. Rest of day you will explore stunning beauty of old town and the lake.

It was slightly dated outside the rooms but for the prices around Annecy, it was good value for the stay.

It wasn’t too far to walk from the old town if you’re fit but the bus was an easy option. Staff were very helpful and obliging. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. Free parking outside the rooms.

the rooms were clean but you need a car to go to anywhere and there was no taxis nor uber around the area
