The area itself is a bit noisy, having a tram line going every few minutes just in from of the building. Also, for our taste, pillows could’ve been a bit more plush and full.

The hotel is super close to two metro stops on line 7 which can take you to the city center super quick. There’s also a Los of amenities like supermarkets, parks and restaurants around. The fact that the apartments have their own kitchen lets you prepare some snacks, sandwiches and coffee for breakfast.

The staff did not give us the right key so we opened the door on someone else's room and was slightly confused about the situation. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was not up to our expectations, but acceptable in the end. It would have been great if the cleaning staff would have come to the room during our 1 week stay but they only come if you stay more than 1 week.

Location is great with the La Vilette Park behind and metro really close. The room had all the facilities we needed for our 1 week stay. There were a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Good value for money all in all

It is not like the pictures. The kitchen in the picture looks separated from the bed but it is just one space with the bed Two meters away from the kitchen. The bathroom is truly small.

Everything. It was very clean. 25 min away from city centre in metropolitan. Great value for money. It is a cheap place to be in Paris. You have everything you need to cook, besides the stuff members were very nice.

Despite being close to the metro stop, it is a bit far from the city center and therefore requires some public transport time

The apartments are comfortable and autonomous. Each of them has a very useful kitchen. The structure is near the metro station which helps to reach the city.

The rooms are pretty small and its cramped. Also, its noisy even in the night, you could hear the metro / tram noise.

The location is closer to a metro and easier to travel to all the touristy places within 30mins. Metro and tram are 2 mins away. We were looking for something with kitchen as we were traveling with toddlers and this is perfect!

I didn’t like and understand why someone cannot check in early, if that option of early check in becomes available, then that would be super convenient for people.

I never got the chance to have breakfast so unable to comment on that. However, the location was perfect, staff were absolutely amazing, helpful, could speak English and were friendly and kind by nature.

Rooms especially toilet was small but served the purpose.

Good value for money. Rooms were clean and kitchen was equipped with utensils. There are grocery shops and eateries nearby. The nearest metro, tram and bus station is just 300 meters away.

Main disadvantage was very, very, small double bad. It was around 140cm wide which wasn't enough for two of us (and we are really fit persons). area around isn't so lively and touristy, there are groups of people in the park that sometimes speak loudly, but if you mind your own business and go straight in your direction, it is ok.

Hotel is 2 minutes by foot from metro station. There are several restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room is very comfortable, heating is perfect. Kitchen corner is also very nice, you have everything you need for quick meals preparations. Sound isolation is very good, we didn't hear other guests. Sometimes we did hear tram from outside, but it is so usual in the city.

A couple of smokers on our floor and some rather noisy neighbours. But otherwise a good place to stay if you didn’t mind not having all creature comforts.

A choice of 2 metro stations right at the doorstep. Plus a tram and bus stop too. The 24-hr front desk was brilliant, as was a particular staff member who checked us in. She was very helpful and informative.

We arrived during a heat wave and the room was very hot. At night we had to choose between keeping the window closed to block out the loud traffic noise or opening it to get some cooler air

It's reasonably quiet when the windows are closed, but lots of traffic noise when you open a window.

Great location in la Villette, close to Metro. Nice rooms with kitchen and fridge.

The bathrooms were crowded and with poor ventilation. The outlets in the small room didn’t work so we had to charge everything in the living room.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. It had metro stations pretty close.
