At the time I was there, they seemed to have an issue with a very strong smell of smoke in the corridor leading to my room, as well as in my room's bathroom. The kind you would get from an open chimney or for smoking hams. Fortunately, I could close the door to the bathroom, so the smell did not permeate the rest of the room.

The location was really good, close to the station and many dining options. The breakfast was also nice, in a bright hall.

Comfortable room with plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and hospitable! We enjoyed the breakfast. Around 5 min walk to the central area, cape park was a plus!

The bed was comfortable. The shower was well equipped. It is located 5 mins by walking from Strasbourgh main station. I don't see any downfalls, definitely recommended.

In my case where I had a room in the first floor and the bathroom sometimes smelled like pit which awful especially in the morning when we open the door to go to toiler and the smell came out.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, very close to centre and the train station. Very friendly the staff and polite.

I stayed only shortly and mostly just slept over, but I disliked that the paint on the shower cabin floor tiles was gone so this left an impresssion that the property is not taken care of. But it's not a big deal, of course.

Location is convenient. It was ok for a short stay.

The price was too high for what was offered, but somewhat expected given the famous Christmas Market. The room was very small and a bit dusty.

The size of the bedroom. I could barely walk around the bed. It was too noisy from the streets. I could hear everything from the room above and next door. There is a lingering smell of sewage in the corridor.

The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice. Checking and check out were really easy. The location of the hotel is perfect just between the station and Petite France.

It was expensive for that location, the area doesn't feel safe. Also water in the rooms wasn't provided next days.

I would say the hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area. Obviously, the hotel itself is safe but I wouldn't recommend walking after hours on the street alone. The bed was not very stable, one of those where if you sit on it it sinks down heaps, but not in a comfortable way.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very very nice, lots of options! The room was very bright, nice and modern.

The shower flooring was a bit worn off and the coffee offered with the room had seen a lot of people before us. Also one of the sticks used for mixing the coffee looked as if it was second handed.

The location is excellent, like 10 min walking from anyplace, quiet neighbourhood, clean and fancy hotel ideal for expending one or two nights. As a tip, the video given for the parking instructions could be improved.

The street outside was a little oppressive in the dark.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge. Both were clean and well appointed. The shower was particularly excellent. Beds were clean and comfortable.
