We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumIt was a bit difficult to ventilate the room/bath room. Combined with the heat outside it made the room feel a bit stuffy/contain little oxygen.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Clearly they are cycling friendly too. Charming hotel, on a good location, and a nice change from the big hotel chains.

The restaurant is very high-end. The price was accessible. Decent location if you have a car.

This was an overnight stop for us on our way to Italy from the UK by car. We wanted a quiet hotel, with good parking facilities, comfortable room and a good restaurant. This hotel was really perfect - plenty of parking, the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was stylishly decorated, with excellent food and wine. All of the staff were very friendly, and helpful.

The wine list, oh la la. And the food is formidable.. As we were on a motorbike, iit is on a fantastic route. If you are into cycling,, well the breakfast room is for you with jerseys of world champions and Tour stage winners on the walls

BelgiumOne of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our closet in the very small room was filled with mold.. There was even mold on the pillow cases. The manager was apologetic but we did not switch rooms or were offered a refund.. We didn't have running water for several hours on two separate days. We were not notified so when we came back from skiing I couldn't get a shower. Also, it's far from everything and not cheap by any means. The breakfast is nice but 12 euro is a lot for some bread and cheese. The closest raclette restaurant is 30 minutes away.
Staff was friendly, dinner and breakfast were good but expensive.
