A great feel to the property. The staff was kind and welcoming. An amazing breakfast and an all-time best shower. Very convenient and quiet location.

A fan would have been nice since the AC wasn't on. Didn't need to cool the room as temperatures were in the 60s F.

Friendly welcome at reception. Both Sandra and Julie communicated well and offered their help. Quiet, spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Great shower with terrific orange/cinnamon liquid soap and honey shampoo in eco-friendly refillable containers attached to shower stall. Nice to have tea and coffee, filtered water and an electric kettle in our room. Also available in the lounge area. We didn't take the buffet breakfast but good smells wafted from the kitchen. Also liked the location so close to the train station but safe and not in a sketchy area. We had a 7AM train to catch.

There were some bees came in when we opened the window at day time. And the door of washroom was broken. But they are all ok! I still love maison durante.

I love the garden and the view of maison durante. The position is good as well. I will recommend this to the whole world. The days with maison durante is excellent!

This is a lovely, beautifully decorated hotel right next to the main train station in Nice. You can really tell that a lot of thought and eye for detail went into making sure everything is perfect and looks good - the decoration, the amenities, the coffee, the breakfast, the check-in, etc. The shower is top notch ! :-D The staff in the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly during my stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful and reactive to my requests. I encountered some issues during my trip (not related to the stay at the hotel), and the hotel staff really did their best to help me ! I have rarely met staff that was so dedicated to catering to their guests' needs. The breakfast is very nice, with lots of homemade products !

There was only one thing, we were in room 2 and early in the morning there was a strong cooking smell that came into the room.

Could do with a little more signeage for new arrivals. In the evening the door is code-locked with no obvious bell or intercom. We got in by following another guest in (....). Reception is a floor down and there is no signeage whatsoever. The night receptionist came to check us out when he saw us wandering around on the security camera's.

Freshly renovated, very clean. Excellent bed, pillows etc. Good shower and bathroom in general. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not too good, but I think it was due to the absence of a staff person. Nonetheless, the manager worked hard to present a nice breakfast and I appreciated that.

I booked in very late last minute and staff were extremely accommodating. 2/3 minute walk from the train station, bed was comfy, room was perfect temperature and extremely quiet. The hotel was happy to store my luggage the following day whilst I explored the city, and arranged a taxi for me to get to the airport later and even sorted me out with a coffee whilst I waited! Hotel was well situated for exploring Nice - didn’t take too long to walk to the beach/centre/old town etc. would happily stay again if I’m ever back in Nice.

A little bit more attention to the facilities would be great, ex. timely filling in liquid soap, drinking water etc. and it would be great to add a small fridge, slippers and bathrobe for more comfort - But this is just a wish for perfection)

Bed, location, cleanness, great coffee and absolutely beautiful garden! Location is absolutely perfect for guests who wish to explore the Côte d'Azur - the railway station is a 5 minutes walk and still the area is really calm and nice.

Everything we could wish for was available in the room - only very slight limitation was that I found the bed a little firm. Partner loved it however.

Great central position but also quiet. Very friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast made even better by being able to eat in the shaded garden.

Can’t say we don’t like it but didnot know that we have to ask for the cleaning of the room everyday if we choose to. Just felt cleaning should be h th e last thing we want to think about for holidays.

Great location only a few minutes walk from the station yet in a quiet street. Clean and freshly decorated and equipped. Fantastic buffet breakfast - the best ever- and lovely, genuine staff. Comfortable room. Quiet paved garden with orange trees.
