We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

FranceNo hot (or even tepid) water in the bathroom! We understand that crises can happen, but it's how they're handled that makes the difference. This was a pretty major thing and there was no apology, explanation or commercial gesture to mitigate it. We felt the restaurant was not at the level we expected from a Logis Table Gourmand (in comparison with many others we have visited). We felt the menu was limited, quite expensive (for what it was) and not very imaginative. We ate off the carte and paid about 18€ for a plate of charcuterie (which we shared) and about 25€ for each main course. My slow-cooked lamb was tasty and tender but very fatty and my husband's pork was a bit dry and dull. The meal was alright but no more, which was a shame as that's usually one of the highlights of an overnight stay for us. The wines, however, were excellent. We didn't feel the hotel or restaurant represented good value for money.
I really wanted to love this hotel as it was recommended by friends who had stayed a few years ago (under different owners) and it appeared to tick all our boxes for an overnight stay (family run, small, Logis Table Gourmand restaurant, location, secure parking). Location great: not too far from the autoroute. Loved being able to stroll around the village to the Palais and the tomb of Facteur Cheval - well worth visiting. Excellent café/boulangerie opposite the hotel which we used for a coffee and croissant (as we didn't want a full hotel breakfast) and a fresh sandwich for the route. The room was clean and comfortable with a carafe of water and a kettle (in the cupboard). The aircon was much appreciated (it was hot and the road is quite busy, so wouldn't have been able to sleep with the windows open). The young waitress was charming (even when we interrupted her supper to get an early apero!). It was all going so well until we went to get showered and changed for dinner. The bathroom was small but stylish and would have been fine if there'd been any hot water.

We stayed in one of the three caravans - fridge, large comfortable bed and we'll appointed bathroom with shower. Very quiet with pro ate picnic area. Easy walk to the "Postman's Palace". Easy (free) parking and v short walk to small town centre

FranceI found it expensive both room and food/drinks. The room was very small. There was a fare on near by and the noise of the base music went on till early hours. It kept me awake ...it really was horrible but that is not the hotels fault.
I can't rate the breakfast here as we did not stay for breakfast but the evening meal was very good even though a little on the expensive side. The receptionist and most of the staff were super friendly.
