We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandCoffee machine at breakfast wasn’t so good, neither was there any service. Nonetheless when repeatedly asking the waiter numerous times for something, he was always very nice, so nothing to complain, it’s just a budget hotel and that’s ok then i guess.

SwitzerlandMy room had a toillet which would not stop flushing. Very annoying at first, till i found a way to stop it. I did not report it to the hotel.
The hotel is nicely situated at the tip of the harbour. The marketplace of St. Valery is about 2minutes car drive. The room was rather spacious. I had a room in the back of the hotel, which was very quiet. The restaurant has great food for in the evening. Some might thinks its on the higher price range. For me it was perfect. Also Breakfast is very diverse and fresh.
