Slightly dodgy location. Window had a broken seal so wind whistled through at night. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities

Room should have some coffee or tea and a jar to boil water. The staff had to find a sicsor intead of having it in the reception and I had to wait one day to open the luggage. It's something that can happen to guests. Restaurant should have a menu in English, not only French

The room was quite, clean, good value (quality-price). The staff helped me to cut my luggage lock with a huge sicsor. Water fountain to fill bottle. I love IBIS brand and go often

The food was not great, too bland. Breakfast was limited to only scrambled eggs and no other option ever, though I asked. Dinner options too was limited to only bland chicken with various salads with no carbs (chips)

Room wasn't made on arrival, still dirty linen and towels. They did swap us to a better/bigger room without any fuss Restaurant is not good (do not bother using it) and there are not many places to eat in the vicinity The immediate area around the hotel is very rundown and some people may find it a bit intimidating.

Helpful staff, good location for the motorway and the RER line for fast access to central Paris or Disneyland. Decent value.

It happneds 3 times where food was missing at breakfast such as milk, butter and breads and they did not replace it because they did not have them anymore. Also when we arrive at mittnight the person at from desk was somewhere else so we had to wait 20 min to do the ckeck in. Tired and with 2 small kids it was not good.

Locatia was good. There is a supermarket close by on the way to train station where you can buy things you need for the trip. Place is quite also.

Turned out there were no towels in the room and at breakfast they ran out of knifes, forks and plates. But after asking they brought these over.

The parking space is very narrow. Maneuvering with a bigger car is nearly impossible. Also the markings in the parking area are confusing. The room was extremely small. I had difficulties moving inside the room.

The location was very calm and the staff was very friendly.

The smell, in the elevator and everywhere, the noise - a lot of noise in the rooms, on the halls. There are no glasses in the rooms - I understand it’s a 3 stars hotel, but at least glasses in the room would have helped.

i didn‘t like the parking situation, even though it is an underground parking, it‘s not so clear how you can drive in, you have to figure it out for a minute but then it‘s ok.. then the parking lots don‘t indicate which belong to the ibis hotel and the structure wasn‘t very easy to figure out when you book a breakfast, be sure to arrive early. we arrived at 9h30 and it closes at 10h00 and there was no orange or apple juice. they did refill it but there were a lot of people that waited. the choices in the breakfast was limited, but still delicious. i also didn‘t like that the soap dispenser was empty in the shower, regarding we only stayed for one night : we really needed a shower and didn‘t bring products ourselves. lastly, we had some issues with the card key and we figured out that you have to insert it slowly, but take it out fast (for those who want to book a stay here) when we got back from disneyland at 2h00 the card stopped working and we were very tired. we went downstairs to get a new card key and the receptionist said "we shouldn‘t use the card that often so it can work“ yeah whatever that means…

the staff was friendly and the facility was pretty the rooms are ok and the bed was very comfortable it is a good stay when you are in town to visit disneyland paris and you don‘t have to spent that much time in the hotel anyways

Breakfast is not well organized. All the time something is missing. But worst is the restaurant. Nothing worked and they had not burgers or salad, so only the expensive stuff. I means you need to go out for dinner basically.

Room and bed are good for sure. Parking garage is available, that is also fine. Staff is helpful.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is very good 20 minutes drive from Disney land and less than 5 minutes walk from Carrefour and Arcades shopping mall
