Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room and bottle of water for arrival. Sadly we were unlucky and toilet seat and inside of lid had yellow stains and need a clean 'in and around' the toilet seat/lid fittings even though it was a new ensuite. :( So attention needed here.

Easy parking , no fuss. Nice room set up and decor..with new modern ensuite. Room compact but very well organised/laid out. Good ingenuity and use of space. Place for overnight bag, clothes hanging etc.

No irons in the room so you have to go to reception to get an iron to iron my shirt. The whole hotel only has three irons so I had to wait for an iron to be returned by another guest before I could prepare my shirt. Get some more irons please!

I have visited Paris many times and usually stay in the nice 75008 district which can be pricey. For this trip I decided I wanted to save money so looked for a cheaper hotel and chose Kyriad Paris with a reduced expectation. My expectations were hugely surpassed. I drove to Paris from England and this hotel was great because parking was free and it was also just north of the busy part of Paris which reduces your journey time a lot as you don't have to wade into Paris traffic. The location was ok for me but you are some distance away from the main attractions in Paris (but if you can manage the metro you will be fine). The hotel itself was great, rooms were clean, beds comfortable and a nice shower. Staff were also very helpful and welcoming. I recommend for a hotel that is priced v reasonably but very comfortable and pleasant to stay in!

All did go well. The property is what we like: quiet, clean, .. The breakfast was very good en the property has a place to park your car save. To visit Paris you just take the bus. Easy, cheap and fast. Up to the next time.

Only thing i did not like is that you need to specifically hang up a card that says to clean your room, we forgot to hang it so our dirty towel were not replaced. I have not seen that before in a hotel, so i do not know if it is common in paris. Technically not the fault of hotel just us not reading the sign...

I liked how modern it looked, they have nice place to sit if you need to wait or do some work. Very nice rooms we had the smallest room because we were mostly in paris during the day and evening so it was okay, but if you stay longer than 2 days i would suggest to get a bigger room in this hotel. They have air-conditioning in every room which was great because of the hot temperature! It is nice that they have staff 24/7 so you feel safe, and whenever you come back at a late time the door is still open! The breakfast was good, they had some special items like frozen yoghurt that i have not seen at a smaller hotel breakfast. Staff was also nice and they could mostly speak english as well. They also have a gated parking area which was great because we were planning on arriving with car and going to paris with public transport, so this hotel is amazing for that!

The AC was very noisy, and not well maintained, we had some problems with the bathroom (no hot water at the sink, water coming out of the shower leaves a strong smell)

The location turned out to be rather difficult to access, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, or its staff.

The staff were friendly, professional and effective, though not all of them spoke English. Very nice breakfast buffet. Clean and new rooms, with full amenities.

Ironing table was travel size and kept collapsing. No option for extra toiletries, for example if ear buds or sanitary towels were needed.

The booking I made for 4 rooms was not provided. My guest only recieved 3 rooms and 2 of my guests had to share a room and bed. When emailing them to inform their error and request a refund for the room which wasn't supplied. They started to lie to avoid giving a refund . So have commited fraud.
