We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe Navette bus system does NOT operate from Terminal 3 to this hotel. You must catch it from Terminal 2 or 3. We actually found it all pretty confusing from the airport.
Have stayed two times before and this is still a pretty good option for so close to the airport. If you have time make sure you walk through the nearby village of Roissy. It has nice restaurants and small supermarket.

Excellent location and nice staff that took care of all our needs for 1 night booking as we were waiting for our connection flight. Outstanding dinner and food quality, which exceeded our expectations. Good hotel room that fit our 4 members family. We got extra coffee for free at the bar and had a very nice breakfast. Airport shuttle service was provided on time., though it was an extra charge of 5euro per person. Anyhow, that was the best value for money that we found on booking for staying close to the airport

After reaching out to the hotel on several occasions they refused to cancel the extra room even after calling and emailing to cancel extra room. Being charged for two rooms when I only needed one room is reason to NEVER book here again. When reserving your room make sure if only one person, you change the 2ppl to 1 ppl or you will be charged for two rooms. In the U.S. when you reserve a room and the reservation says 2ppl, you only reserve one room, unless you select another room. I was traveling alone and assumed I was reserving one room. Still awaiting a refund for second room. ??????
The overall stay was great. I booked and paid for two rooms and I only stayed in one. Error on my part, first time traveling to this country. The room and breakfast were a reason to stay again.

United States of AmericaThe pick up and drop off from and back to the airport .so when I landed I was told to stand at the shuttle pickup so I did for 1 hrs until I was told something different and when I got to the main part of the airport I never went inside at first I didn't see Carl's Jr. Later on I walked thur the main part of the airport and than I seen it . The van looked like every other van a d I think if you had the hotels name on it would have made a word of difference. When they handed me my room keys they should have also given me the wifi password and login info.
