To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomUnfortunately we were charged twice for our stay, once 6 months ahead and again 4 months ahead. I’m sure it was done in error but it took 4 weeks to get the second charge refunded.
Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Parking was a real bonus and the beach across the road is fabulous.

United KingdomI couldn’t fault the property. The facilities for the price were excellent and well managed.
The welcoming staff team - Po on Reception was particularly charming and Valerie the manager was the epitome of helpfulness. The room was light and well laid out, and situated at the rear of the hotel. The view of palms and gardens (largely obscuring the small car park) from the balcony enhanced the evening aperitif. To be able to park a car securely just a fifteen minute walk from the Centre of St Tropez - at no extra cost - priceless.

The location was a 15 walk into main centre . The parking was a bonus. The staff were all lovely. Especially Matthew who was always very helpful

The receptionist/hostess with brown hair was charming and made us both feel very welcome at all times. Such a wonderful smile and bubbly personality. She was also excellent at making our evening cocktails. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Great location overlooking the port, stroll to a little beach, and short walk to main marina with restaurants. The room and bathroom was spacious, comfy bed. Parking on site was easy and free. Breakfast option in the morning was delicious.
